I really wanted to see the real Hoi An ie how people live there and their environment.It was good to be at Green Coco guesthouse as the couple are true locals. Impressed with their place which was very chic and tasteful, cleanliness is their virtue ! Be willing to walk when in Hoi An. It's worth it especially at night to the Old Town (UNESCO listed.)

I stayed here for 4 days. I booked a room with a patio and i was surprised the price was very affordable. Its a clean room with air conditioning and the patio has flowers and plants that i love. Just walk to old town. The houselady was helpful and can speak and understand english.

Exceptional! During our threeweek trip to vietnam, this was the finest hotel weve ever stayed at! The accommodation featured a wooden floor, lovely furnishings, romantic wooden lamps, a supercomfy mattress, and a lovely terrace with plants and views. We had the nicest nights sleep ever because it was so peaceful at night. The bathroom and room were both quite large, with windows, a rain shower, and plenty of hot water! A smart tv, air conditioning, and refrigerator were also present. Not to mention the cleanliness, they were daily cleaning the room and changing towels. The location was excellent! Hoians historical center may be reached on foot in five minutes, but far from the touristy rivers. The beach is also a 10minute bike ride away, with plenty of stores, banks, and traditional markets nearby! Such a luxurious room at this price is hard to come by. The host is a sweet woman who speaks english with her family and is incredibly kind and accommodating. We will undoubtedly miss her and our lovely room as well!.

This homestay is in a great location, very close to the old town. This place is very clean! The owner is well organized, attentive and quick to resolve any problems or queries. We think this place is best suited for families with children.

The family is very kind and welcomes you with hot tea. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are relatively large which is a nice change as not everything is under water after a shower. If you get the chance and the weather forecast is sunny ask or book a room with a patio. Its beautiful, with roses everywhere and a nice desk for 4 people.

Overall, excellent value for the money. Fantastic stay at the green coco homestay! We were able to capture some lovely moments together, thanks to the incredibly hospitable and kind family. The house is stunning, immaculate, and conveniently located near the city center. The rooms are nice, with all the necessities included.

Saya seorang musafir muda dan saya perlu istirahat di kamar single, jadi saya memutuskan untuk membawa kamar bersama mereka. Mereka bilang akan menjemput saya dari asrama, saya menunggu di luar selama satu jam dengan tas saya, tidak ada yang datang. Jadi saya harus mengirimi mereka email dan mereka menjawab bahwa saya hanya perlu naik taksi. Jadi pada akhirnya orang-orang ini hanya menginginkan uang karena saya masih muda dan siap untuk melampaui anggaran saya untuk menawarkan kamar, mereka tidak peduli bahwa saya menunggu penjemputan yang tidak akan pernah datang. Pengalaman yang sangat buruk Saya tidak merekomendasikan tinggal di sana karena pemiliknya tidak ramah. Excellent host, extremely kind and accommodating. Lovely room with a lovely terrace area and balcony overlooking the street. The room was cleaned daily and was immaculate. Excellent breakfast with a variety of options and delectable banh mi.

The apartment is new and very clean, located in the center of the city. The living room is nice and there is a small garden. The owner was a bit cold with us during our twoday stay, but overall we liked the place very much.

Saya suka bahwa nyonya rumah sangat ramah dan profesional. Kamarnya sangat bersih, kamar mandinya juga bersih, peralatannya cukup modern. Pada Natal, ketika saya pulang dari jalan-jalan malam itu, dia memberi saya sepiring permen coklat dan sebuah kartu. Ada juga sepeda gratis untuk para tamu yang ingin berkeliling kota tua.

The rooms are beautiful and exceeded our expectations! We had a free delicious dinner prepared by the owner and she also provided us with anything we needed. The wifi and ac work perfectly and we had a great stay, thank you so much!.

We would recommend it! We stayed here for four nights and had a very pleasant stay. Very warm welcome and helpful with everything we needed during our stay. Breakfast could be added as a small addition. Other services like bicycle rental and laundry were helpful. The rooms were lovely and comfortable too with a great bed.
