Due to a power-out the reservation was lost. But the owner took me to her sisters hotel 'Herbal Tea homestay' for a room there. It was really cool!

Would definitely stay again. Beautiful place, lovely people and always helpful when you need it. One night, the power went out, so they arranged for us to stay in another hotel. Very clean, amazing cooking and relaxing pool area.

The only thing i deducted a star for was that i had to park my bike at one entrance and walk around the outside to the other entrance to enter. No exceptions. The pool was great, the rooms were great. The showers dispensed so much water.

The best hotel in hoi an, with great value and quality! The owner is very kind and helpful, the food is delicious and the location is a short walk from the city center and old town! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting hoi an!.

We had a very pleasant 2 night stay at green grapefruit hosted by hieu. Hieu is always friendly and cheerful. The buildings are very modern and every detail just looks cute. The room was very clean and modern. We missed nothing. There is even a fridge with water, soft drinks and beer which you can buy for a small fee. Hieu speaks very good english and we never had any communication problems. I also had a lesson in vietnamese with him and taught him some german words. It was really fun to be your guests.

Vila itu sendiri sangat bagus dengan kolam renang yang sangat santai dan kamar yang bagus. Namun, yang sedikit menegangkan adalah ketika kami ditunjukkan harga pada pemesanan dan pemilik menginginkan lebih dari 300 Dong dan kami harus mendiskusikannya selama waktu yang lama. Mengingat lokasinya, Anda juga harus menyadari bahwa dibutuhkan waktu 20- 30 menit untuk mencapai pusat kota. Namun, Anda bisa menyewa sepeda reyot yang berfungsi cukup baik. Sayang sekali hanya bos yang mengetahuinya. Dia tidak ada di sana sepanjang hari dan kami tidak bisa mengklarifikasi semuanya dengannya sampai malam hari.

If you want to visit hoi an, dont think twice. This guesthouse is ideal, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was very quiet, and the hosts were extremely kind. You can buy tours to explore the area, and there are many good restaurants nearby.

Saya datang ke sini untuk beristirahat dengan tenang sendirian, tetapi berkat pemilik dan staf yang ramah, saya bisa beristirahat dengan nyaman. Jika Anda memberi tahu mereka apa yang Anda butuhkan, mereka akan dengan senang hati membantu. Karena dijalankan oleh sebuah keluarga, mereka merawatnya seperti keluarga dan memiliki suasana yang bersahabat, sehingga terasa seperti mengunjungi kerabat di pedesaan. Kondisi kamar bagus dan bersih seperti baru dibangun. (Ada sampo, pembersih badan, sikat gigi, sisir, dan pengering) Kolam renang bersih dan terawat dan karena akomodasinya kecil dan nyaman, tidak banyak tamu, jadi saya menikmatinya dengan tenang tanpa khawatir. Saya sangat puas dengan harganya. Ada beberapa restoran yang layak di dekatnya dan Anda dapat naik sepeda ke Kota Tua (pasar pusat kota) dan mengambil Grabfood juga berfungsi dengan baik. Saya memiliki istirahat yang baik berkat keluarga villa. Terima kasih.

Satu-satunya masalah adalah kamar kami (nomor 6) sangat gelap karena jendela ditutup. Mintalah pemandangan kolam renang atau taman. Nilai uang yang sangat baik. Selamat datang. Vila ini benar-benar baru. Area kolam renang sangat menyenangkan. Kamar tidur double luas dan bersih, begitu juga dengan kamar mandinya. Satu-satunya masalah adalah kamar kami (nomor 6) sangat gelap karena jendela ditutup.
