Nice hotel but air-conditioning a bit noisy, I like the breakfast and counter staff helpfulness. I will recommend to friends and wish to come back again

I was worry as there're some bad reviews on this hotel but I still go for it due to the great price. We booked room for 3 but got a room for four which was really great. The toilet is big with a bath tub too. The hot water does not work after a while but we told them and they fix it right away. The receptionist is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is okay too. Overall it was a really great stay.

위치가 벤탄시장옆에 있어서 쇼핑이 너무하기 좋습니다 직원들이 너무 친절해서 좋았음니다 시설은 오래되고 작아서 보통정도임니다 오후5시가 넘어서는 청소하는분들이 퇴근했다고 청소를 안해줘서 좀 불쾌했음니다

HCMC can be a real maze in district 1. It was good to have a comfortable safe hotel that is a straight line from the Ben Thanh Market. Deluxe room is the way to go with attractive marble floors, a jacuzzi, large flat screen TV with many international channels, windows, table, desk and all quiet for a good night sleep. But, there is no full length mirror, nor a safe in room for your valuables. But there is a free use computer in lobby. Also, the breakfast wasn't that good. Doesn't matter, lots of food, coffee places and fruit stands around. The service at the hotel is excellent. Staff very good. And the travel tours suggestions at the desk were from a good agency, The Mekong River Tours are worth it. I enjoyed the small day tour. Just 2 hours away.

Book 2 room with queen bed but was only given 1 room while the other is a 2 single bed rooms. However, hotel changed back for us the 1 room to queen size bed room.Friendly staff. Free breakfast but not much variety but it was sufficent for such a cheap hotel.All hotel rooms heater was not working on my 3rd night 11pm stay due to short circuit. But after feedback, it was back to normal next morning. Pleasant stay whereby hotel provide bath towels, toothbrush, shampoo, cotton buds and soap with no shavers and bathing gel or lotions. There is a window within the room. Location is good whereby it is only 1 mins walk to food street, 7-11 opposite of hotel, 3 mins to ben than market, 5 mins to saigon centre and takashimaya, 1 mins walk to liveband bar a&em hotel. Overall very good location hotel valve for money

受付日本語出来る人いて迷うことない。ポーターの人の対応もよい。街中の観光名所からも徒歩圏内で便が良い。朝はバイクの音が煩く６時頃目覚めてしまった。

On the 1st night i stayed, someone was knocking my door. So the 2nd day i shifted down. Both rooms was clean. Water pressure/heater good. Staff was good and friendly. Will come back stay again.

Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Stayed there twice on my trip. Standard room 302 is better than Deluxe room 101. Room 101 was darker, as lights over the bed were out and wi fi weak in the room. Can not surf from bed unless you sit at the foot of the bed. Although the room 302 was smaller, with two twin beds pushed together, it was fine for a solo traveller. The standard room had excellent wi fi and I found the decor cheerier and rainfall shower shower was nicer compared to 101. No tub in 302 which was fine. I found the one in 101 awkward to get in and out. Bell boy took my bag to my room, ensured the TV and air con were working and refused a tip.
