I thought the hotel was small, I never thought it was a 7 stories hotel! The room was pretty spacious for the regular room, the bed and covers were smooth and soft. I hope the provide more pillows. The room is clean, the amenities and facilities are very complete for the price value: they have ironing board, complimentary water, tea and coffee, toiletries, and a bathtub and the they use a modern japanese toilet. For that price and quality, it's very worth it. And one thing I would like to mention is how kind the staff is! Our receptionist, Thuy, handle our booking swiftly and less than 10 mins we're already in our room. The security is very helpful with our bags, and also very quick in assisting us if we need help. Kudos to the staff! They have some local street food and groceries nearby, and it's pretty near with several tourist attractions with a walking distance. This was a pretty good location and hotel if you like walking around and surround yourself with the local vibes of Hanoi. 😊
