The staff is very professional, helpful, and nice. The location is great as it is in the middle of the old quarter. Unfortunately our room had a bad smell which i believe is caused by old plumbing. The rooms were good in terms of size and cleanliness.

Pengalaman saya di hotel ini cukup tidak menyenangkan. Sejak saya memasuki kamar, saya disambut oleh bau apek yang menyengat yang terbukti membuat saya tidak nyaman selama saya menginap. Selain itu, saya sangat terkejut ketika staf meminta nomor reservasi kepada kami untuk menilai diri mereka sendiri dengan baik, yang membuat saya meragukan keaslian ulasan positif tersebut. Kekurangan lainnya adalah kamar saya berada di lantai lima dan tidak ada lift, sehingga membawa barang bawaan saya naik turun menjadi tugas yang melelahkan. Secara keseluruhan, kurangnya perhatian dalam menjaga kamar dan sikap staf yang dipertanyakan membuat saya tidak dapat merekomendasikan hotel ini kepada wisatawan lain.

The hotel is excellent, situated in the heart of the old town and near beer street. The staff are extremely helpful and kind, they speak english and have handled travel arrangements. We have returned to stay throughout our trip.

The room was small and basic. But had everything you need. Nice shower, nice bed, great location. It had a small fridge which struggled a little, but the staff very helpfully let us store baby bottles in their much better fridge. The guy at the front (Shaun, i think?) was very polite and helpful.

The place is quiet, clean and very comfortable. The staff is very nice and approachable. Breakfast is included and very good and fresh - you choose what you want to eat from the menu. We had a very good sleep.

The hotel is conveniently situated next to beer street, yet still peaceful. The personnel were incredibly kind and accommodating. The bed was quite cozy, and the room was tidy and wellequipped with amenities like water, tea, coffee, shampoo, and soap. The only issue was the slight odor emanating from the drainage, which i brought up with the staff when i checked out, and they assured me that they would promptly address it.

This hotel was in a prime location with topnotch amenities. But what really sets this apart from other hotels ive stayed at is the staff. They were genuinely some of the most beautiful and kind people ive ever met. I wasnt the best guest, changing my plans multiple times, being annoying and disturbing them at all hours of the morning, but they were always incredibly friendly. For the price and location alone, this is a perfect hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at the Amber hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and the location was very good, right next to beer street. The only thing was that our shower pressure was not very good which made it difficult to shower, and the floor was not very clean. Also our room didnt have a light.

Our stay at the Amber hotel was fantastic. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, assisting us with any needs. The room was clean, with excellent air conditioning and comfortable beds.
