Hotel just recently renovated. Clean and new. Staff is very nice and give good information. Windows are two double windows so no noise in the room. The best place to stay.

The staff was amazing. They were in contact thru WhatsApp right from the beginning. They set up transportation from the airport and also last minute transportation the next day. Great breakfast included with the room also.

This was my first visit to Vietnam. I arrived in the evening feeling very tired and overwhelmed and the staff was immediately very welcoming. The room was incredibly clean and smelled nice! Having air conditioning was huge as well to deal with the Vietnam summer heat. My first night in Vietnam was so restful and relaxing. Being in Vietnam for the first time can be overwhelming but the staff had prepared a one page front and back guide to getting around Vietnam. It showed how to cross streets, how not to get conned and had recommendations for local tourism. The staff personally explained the sheet. I can't explain how helpful this was, especially for crossing the street which is a little scary at first. The staff also gave local recommendations for food, shopping and drinking establishments. The staff was very approachable and easy to talk to. On top of that, they helped me book an overnight on a boat in Ha Long Bay with a discount. They showed different packages and gave their honest opinions based on my needs which was much appreciated. Even after my stay when my bus hadn't arrived yet they were able to contact the cruise company for me. It was very reassuring staying at Anise hotel and it really helped make my Vietnam experience great. Thank you so much! I high recommend this place.

It's a decent hotel with a roomy layout and a fully equipped bathroom. The room's cleanliness is good, and the sheets and towels are white. Breakfast is fairly straightforward, however it includes fruits, cakes, Vietnamese soups, and other basic items. The location is strategic, and food can be purchased at street vendors. Like most Vietnamese hotels, there are three drawbacks: the lack of room service, dining, and bellboys.

It's a decent hotel with spacious rooms and adequate toilets. The housekeeping is excellent and the rooms are well-maintained with white bed linens and towels. Breakfast is somewhat basic but includes fruits, cakes, Vietnamese soups, etc. The location is good, and food can be purchased at street markets. Like most Vietnamese hotels, there are three problems communication in English, no room service or dining center, and no bell boy.

We were welcomed with glasses of the best tea in Vietnam and the service was maintained from there. We booked ahead but came in late at night and were greeted with a genuine smile by two ladies in beautiful Ao Dai? And the manager. They looked after us by ensuring our bags were delivered to our rooms and then escorting us to our rooms which is not done often. The beds were good, comfortable and clean, room comfortable and spacious within hotel standards. Breakfast was great and service was again friendly. We enjoyed our stay here for three nights while visiting Hanoi and it's attractions and would happily come back.

We will most definitely stay at this hotel again when in Vietnam. This was our first stop on our 2 week trip to Vietnam and at 5. Am we were welcomed by the staff and were very good and happy to be in this place. This is the best hotel, the staff is very good and can do anything for us. We can walk into the old quarter because it is strategically located and close to most of the sights.

This place is in the very center of Hanoi. It is super convenient to most of the major attractions and tourist sites. Also very close to the old french quarter market with its hundreds of sales stalls. One warning about being in the center of Hanoi. The traffic is total madness and you absolutely need to look both ways when crossing the street. It seems the lane dividers are only recommendations and traffic lights are only suggestions. The building itself is fairly old, but has received a nice renovation. The staff is very friendly and speaks english. Overall, you cannot beat the quality of the place for the place.

バスタブが古く排水が悪かった。また、途中からお湯が出なくなった日があり残念だった。トラブルなら仕方ないが何らかの制限があるなら教えて欲しかった。

This hotel is in a great location. The price is right. It could use a little TLC, but for the most part it's in great condition. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. Nice variety of fresh food, including pho, and western dishes. The cons, the AC is pretty loud, and the bathroom window isn't double paned so it's a little loud. We slept with the bathroom door closed. The staff is very friendly. And it's very affordable.
