Tien, the host, is the most wonderful and helpful person. Not being young, i changed my room to the ground floor and advised me on many other things. What a host!.

The location of this place is great. The rooms are okay, not luxurious but works. The bathroom could be a bit better. Tien, the owner, is very nice and charming and a kind person. He goes above and beyond to help tenants in need. He knows hanoi like the back of his hand and has good contacts with other travel agents. He can effectively organize day trips, overnight trips and transportation. We couldnt come back from Sapa to pick up our luggage which we left at the hotel and Tien promptly organized transportation from boutique house to the airport on time. Kudos, tien, great job. The location of the hotel is great.

Lokasi dan harga bagus, pemiliknya ramah. Namun, bangunannya sudah tua dan tidak ada lift. Namun, bersih, jadi menurut saya paling enak kalau hanya ingin tidur.

Lokasi yang strategis, hotel kecil bersih, tempat tidur nyaman. Tien, pemilik hotel, sangat baik, dia membantu kami dengan transfer dengan harga lebih murah daripada membawanya sendiri. Selain itu, dia tersenyum lebar dan memperhatikan semua kebutuhan kami. Anda memiliki kopi dan teh di resepsi dan pisang untuk dibawa setiap hari. I stayed here for one night, good location. At night it is close to the center of everything but really quiet so you can sleep quite comfortably in their super soft bed and pillows. Wish the room had a fridge but as we only stayed here for one night, we didnt really need it. As others have said the best part about this place is tien, the owner and host. He welcomes you with a friendly spirit and welcomes you in and out of his house. He is cheerful, helpful and useful. He can book you all types of tours and trips, carry your bags, open the door, give you water and more. An overall great man. Much respect.

I spent a week here and had the best time ever! Tien, the owner, and his family are incredibly kind and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. He made us some really excellent recommendations and was incredibly welcoming. The hotels rooms were lovely, and it is in a fantastic location.

We stayed here for one night after checking in early in the morning. The host was very kind and friendly, he managed to find us a room at 5 am without making a reservation. The room was comfortable and spacious, with everything we needed. Affordable accommodation.

What a fantastic hotel for the price. Tian was a really kind and helpful man. We will be returning in June because we adore the city and the hotel so much. Anything we required was not too much difficulty. Its location is excellent. Tian organized trips, i would suggest the ha. Long bay 1 it was lovely.

We stayed here for 6 nights total because of the excellent service! Highly recommended. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Our host, mr. Tian, was absolutely amazing, kind and helpful.

Saya suka gaya ruangan Versailles. Pemandangan dari balkon menunjukkan hiruk pikuk pasar eksotis. Sepeda nano, suara wanita pasar Sangat berisik. Tapi saya bisa tidur dengan penyumbat telinga. Jalannya sempit, jadi Anda tidak bisa mengemudi. Taksi dan Grab sudah kuno. Atur ke O Que Chuong 2 menit berjalan kaki dari sana. Jadi Anda bisa naik taksi atau Grab dari sana. Masalahnya adalah liftnya Tidak ada. Karena saya tidak selalu bersemangat.

I had a great few nights here. The room was nice and clean, etc., but it was the host/owner who made it such a great stay. He helped us with random requests such as sowing kit and tape measure, got us a cheap airport taxi, and generally was just friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is down an interesting side street with a market which was cool.

The hotel location is very close to the town center. The rooms are very cute and clean. The owner does not really care about our hotel and he booked a very affordable tour and we only pay once. But he will always be helpful and kind to us, and I had an amazing experience while staying here.

You got to experience the local wet market in vietnam and how they live their daily lives. I think its worth staying there. But if you want to wake up late in the morning, you shouldnt think about staying there because it is a bit noisy. As a native of burma, i feel like im home because the environment and vibe are similar.

Strongly recommended. Excellent old quarter location, the hotels manager is the most charming man who went above and beyond to assist us in so many ways and was incredibly kind. Lovely room, comfortable bed, and nice shower we visited twice!.

The location and price are good and the owner is friendly. However, the building is old and there is no elevator. However, it is clean so i think its the best if you just want to sleep.
