If you are not a solo traveler and cant bear living in an authentic middleclass experience in china, then dont book here. Yes, the room isnt particularly nice, but everything works for me. The bed is fine, air conditioning works, shower works. Perfectly fine if youre voyaging and dont spend most of your time inside. Hotel is perfectly located in the old quarter, so i can take incredibly quick breaks from hanois humidity. Dont be surprised unless youre entering the hotel while the family is having dinner or the kids are having tantrums, haha. Just be respectful and nice the owner is very nice.

Very nice friendly family as owners when we arrived at 3 am the owner gave us that night free which was very nice of her. The room we were initially given was on the top floor of the hotel, there were ciggerretes on floors, the door to the bathroom was half broken and the ac didnt work properly. We upgraded our room to one with billiards and it was much better. I would recommend just booking if you want to have fewer problems.

We have stayed here twice in hanoi. The location is perfect, the rooms are good for a low price, and the family that runs it is very nice. I will come back again.

The proprietors are a very welcoming family. Although the house is tad older, it is clean and conveniently located for ten days in the heart of hanois city center.

The hotel is conveniently located near all interactions. Additionally, the lady assisted us in arranging a transfer to the airport. You can stay here without any issues. A pleasant place to stay in the historic center of hanoi. The charming family speaks excellent english.

The host was extremely pleasant, he stayed up late to check us in and set up a driver to pick us up from the airport. There was bottled water available, and we were given bananas in the morning. The mattress was firm but comfortable. Excellent value for b&b.
