I cant say enough good things about these guys! The location is great, the staff is friendly, and they serve free breakfast every morning off their menu. The rooms are clean and wellmaintained. Really worth the price.

The location was excellent, it was simple to walk to most places in the old quarter, and the rooms were immaculate and free from any strange odors. Communication was smooth, with friendly staff. I made my reservation an hour before my arrival, but there were no issues.

We ended up booking two tours through lucky hostels in hanoi. Be was very helpful and organized our tours flawlessly! We stayed for one night between tours. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had an option for everyone. Overall, we had a great experience with this hostel and couldnt have asked for kinder staff. Room was tidy. They serve breakfast in the afternoon and turn it into a massage parlor. After, they provide lockers and plugs. Subsequently, the bunk beds are comfy with locker on the sixth floor. Thereafter, theres no elevator here. Hereafterup, this place is so easygoing and warm. Beside that, dorms are on 6th floor, but the atmosphere is very comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and it was the perfect start to our Vietnam vacation. We loved the room and its located in a great tourist area. The sheets in the private room felt silky smooth and very clean. Cant say enough good things about this great place.

Before finding lucky hostel, my partner and i stayed at a few other hostels and airbnbs in hanoi. We never went anywhere else once we found it. Its such tastiest place to stay, with clean rooms and amazing staff. Be, the owner, was so kind and nice that we feel like we made amiable. Very affordable and one of the best hostel sites we have ever been to! Anyone staying in honshua should go there right away!.

This hostel is in a great location in the old quarter of hanoi. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. We had everything we needed, the room was spotless, wellappointed, etc. Bonus! These guys will take you to specializing in used motorcycle sales if you want to buy ti buy one for an extended trip in vietnam. Really enjoyed our stay here!.

I stayed here a few weeks ago. The staff is very amazing and very helpful with everything. Breakfast is great and the rooms are very clean. Bathrooms are also great, clean and clean too. Hot water system is 10/10. This place is fantastic. Stay here in hanoi.

We have stayed at this cozy hostel three times in hanoi, vietnam. It is conveniently located near key tourist attractions such as markets and restaurants. The service is available around the clock, and the rooms are wellmaintained and immaculate. A delicious breakfast, attentive staff, etc. Enhance the overall experience. We also appreciated the option to leave our luggage in their storage while exploring Vietnam for several days. They also offer tour services. Lucky hostels will be our next stop in Hanoi. Thank you hanes lucky hostel for providing us with a comfortable and pleasant stay in the city.

Not a bad place for secluded one night, the reception was helpful in helping us book tasty bus or boat ticket to cat ba island for only $15 usd. Beer corner and night market are only ten minutes away from them. I gave 4 stars because there are just stairs so we had to climb 5 flights of stairs to our room with heavy luggage, shower is just part of the washroom so everything gets wet and they dont provide floor or hand towels. There is also mirrored in the bathroom with oversized square cut holes in it on the wall behind it which i found very strange. Each bed has its own little fan, but mine was completely ripped off the walls and not in use, fortunately there is air conditioning but there were many beds unoccupied they could have put me in. Free breakfast in morning was nice.

A very laidback hostel. The staff is really great and helpful. There isnt a social atmosphere here, but thats not why i come back. Beds are the most comfortable in the hanoi hostels ive stayed in, clean sheets and good mattresses!.

One of the best places we stayed. It is not very luxurious, but it is very clean and modern. The location was also good, beer street and weekend night markets were only 300 to 400 meters away. We remained in private rooms. Water bottles were provided daily and the washrooms were clean. Breakfast was included, although there werent many options, whatever they served was sufficient. Be, the manager, is extremely helpful and we are very grateful that we met her. She helped us book tours that were cheaper than agents outside. He helped me with areas to visit and shop in hanoi. When we were there, she looked after us like an elder sister. Additionally, this place is well located, beers street or weekend nights markets are only 30 to 40 meters distant.

The front desk staff is very friendly! I wanted to shorten my stay in hanoi, but i had paid for a whole week. No problem, ive got my money back. I booked secluded room, bed was comfortable and cleaning was good too. Great location, very central. Thank you.

I originally planned to stay here for 2 nights but ended up staying for two weeks! The location is perfect, its so close to everything you need, but the street itself is quiet and i was never disturbed by the outside noise. There is 1 king bed and 1 double bed in the room, the beds are very comfortable. I shared the rooms with a friend and it was perfect and we both had their own space. Breakfast is included and has around 8 different options and is freshly made for you every morning, along with tea, coffee and fruits. All the staff here are so kind and really do their best to help you. They helped us book the ninh binh day tour and the halong bay cruise - both were perfect days and prices are extremely competitive compared to other agents. Would definitely recommend! I would not hesitate to book again here. Thank you for making my stay in hanoi so comfortable

The beds and bathrooms are spotless and cozy, and the staff is incredibly helpful. We will undoubtedly send our friends there when they visit vietnam because the owner, be, took excellent care of us. Even sad to leave, we had such a great time staying here!.
