The hotel is in a very strategic location, close to many cafés and convenience stores. The room was clean and equipped with adequate amenities. Breakfast is available from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, offering a good variety of options. The service was excellent, and the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Expecially mr. Da, he very helpful.Highly recommended for its great value for money.

I had an amazing experience with Ha Noi Royal palace hotel, and I can’t thank them enough — especially Mr. Alex, who went above and beyond in every way. Although I wasn’t in Vietnam at the time, Mr. Alex helped me plan a surprise birthday celebration for my mom during her Halong Bay cruise. He took care of everything — from the coordination with the cruise team to making sure the cake and moment were just right. It meant so much to me to still be part of her special day even from far away. My mom was so surprised and touched! The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and in a great location. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. From travel arrangements to personal touches, their level of service was truly impressive. If you're visiting Hanoi, I highly recommend staying here and letting them help you with your tours and plans. Thank you again to Mr. Alex and the whole team — you made our experience unforgettable!

The hotel is in a busy, tourist city center but on a less busy street, so it's great on that one. The breakfast is great, with a sufficient variety of foods. The staff is excellent, all of them, but Jimmy and Jennie were special to me. They are very welcoming and smiling and provide useful information even before you ask. That includes information on what to do, where to eat, great local dishes, and where to find them. The staff really make the hotel excellent. I extended my stay by two nights.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay in Hanoi. The location was in perfect walking distance of the whole city, the rooms were clean and luxurious and the staff were all really lovely and friendly and great at giving recommendations when we were heading out - especially Da and Ann. If we’re in Hanoi again we will definitely be returning!

The hotel is situated right in the city center of Hanoi which meant that we could walk pretty much everywhere. Overall we had a great stay at the hotel and would come back. What we loved the most about this hotel were the staff. The staff that checked us in and checked us out went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Additionally we celebrated my partners birthday and the hotel staff helped me organize cake and balloons as a surprise. They also shared a bunch of useful tips for both Hanoi and the rest of Vietnam and were always around for a friendly chat. If you're looking for a place that's central and has great staff then this hotel should be on your list!

They were so good in assisting us during our stay and even decorate our room as per requested for our honeymoon trip.. the bed was so comfortable and we really have a good sleep here!
