Comfortable and clean rooms. The furniture in the room is of high quality, even the doors are quite sturdy. Reasonable price. The hotel is in the city center. Anywhere you need to go, it is easily accessible. Friendly customer service. Vegetarian options are available for breakfast.

Saya telah bepergian ke Vietnam berkali-kali dan ini adalah pengalaman buruk pertama saya. Saya memesan kamar keluarga di Booking 3 malam dengan deskripsi 35 meter persegi dan pemandangan. Sesampainya kami diberi ruang buta tanpa cahaya matahari seluas kurang lebih 20 meter persegi. Saya tidak menerimanya dan staf yang tidak terlalu ramah menyuruh saya menunggu untuk memeriksa ketersediaan. Setelah beberapa saat, tanpa berkata-kata, mereka pergi makan! Setiap pertanyaan baru, jawaban yang sama, "lihat saja nanti" membuat kita kesulitan. Saya harus meminta untuk berbicara dengan manajer yang tidak menawarkan solusi lain. Kami telah kehilangan lebih dari 2 jam. Layanan pemesanan akhirnya turun tangan untuk membatalkan masa menginap secara gratis dan kami dapat menemukan hotel lain di area yang sama. Total hotel ini salah dalam pengelolaannya, membatasi scam, staf lebih dari tidak ramah, tidak peduli dengan pelanggan. Saya berbicara dengan mereka dalam bahasa lokal yaitu bahasa Vietnam sehingga tidak ada masalah pemahaman. Saya telah melihat ulasan serupa dengan saya dan jauh lebih baik bagi orang yang tidak memahami peringkat buruk daripada kami karena lebih beruntung daripada kami.

The room is quite quiet. The employees havent engaged much, but they have been nice occasionally. The room is tidy enough, but it is quite old and has a lot of exposed wires. Breakfast was adequate, but everyone could not fit in because the dining area was too small. I like them firm, but this is like sleeping on the floor. The worlds toughest mattress in 2024.

I would recommend this hotel and would return. I dont understand the negative reviews. We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel room was clean and the staff very nice. The location of the hotel is also quite good because it is right in the old quarter. The price is completely fine for what you get. We also had breakfast one time which was fine. But there are so many other options in the old quarter that you dont really need it. Room service came every day even when we stayed in the room until noon. Towels were changed and free water was provided.

We will definitely book here again in June when we return for a week of vacation! That was a wonderful surprise! We return to hanoi to see our friends and celebrate tet, and we book here! A friendly welcome, and an amazing staff. Friendly, helpful, professional, and always smiling! Nice room and views, great value for money, and a good breakfast selection! We went out on a Saturday to celebrate tet, and we met the staff at reception for wishes! Great! But we were really impressed with the hotel staff, as they provide excellent customer service and are so friendly like vietnamese! Thank you, Sena hotel staff!.
