Satpamnya sopan. 10 Poin Hotelnya bersih, kamarnya luas, asri dan tenang. Lokasi bagus, nyaman untuk bepergian. Sikap resepsionisnya kurang baik. Pelayanan lainnya bagus.

Hotel ini bersih dan terlihat mewah, cocok untuk menginap lama dan yang ada urusan di sini. Staf yang antusias memberikan saran, saya menyewa 7 kamar selama 3 hari dan menerima saran dan memesan 2 minggu sebelumnya. Sebaiknya memesan terlebih dahulu karena hotel ini sangat ramai dan selalu penuh.

The staff is very friendly and always smiles, even teaching us some Vietnamese. The only thing they didnt do any food but there are many local restaurants. The location is quiet which is suitable for us and taxis are cheap to get into town. I will definitely come back again.

Saya hanya pergi berlibur ke P 205 2 hari yang lalu. Resepsionis mengumumkan bahwa 3 jam pertama adalah 350 rb, setiap jam tambahan adalah 50 rb atau jam. Saya keluar pukul 14.30 Dan pukul 18.30, Resepsionisnya adalah seorang pria paruh baya dan mengatakan bahwa mesinnya mati selama 5 jam. Saya berhutang 450 ribu? Oh, baru 4 jam. Saya bertanya lagi, katanya mesinnya melompat dan begitulah cara menghitungnya. Sebotol air mineral 10 k lainnya harganya 460 k. Saya mengambil 2 botol air mineral dan menaruhnya di atas meja, bukan lemari es. Mereknya sangat aneh. Saya pikir itu gratis, tapi harganya 10 k? Resepsionis ini adalah penipuan. Saya sendiri adalah Resepsionis A 25 Group dan ditipu seperti itu sangat membuat frustrasi. Hotelnya sangat mahal dan tidak menjalankan bisnis seperti itu tidak baik.

For our purposes, this was a great location. We had a large room. Always clean, coffee and water never ran out. We had laundry done twice, it was quick and i think they are better at it than i am. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the man in front who took carte of the gate and parking. He always smiled and waved at you. They share a pool with a place next door. It is one of the largest pools ive ever seen. It has a swim area and a childrens play area.

Staff friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is amazing and gigantic, water is clean, it's 1 minute walk from the hotel and has sunbeds and changing rooms. Allowed late check-out with ease. Rooms were cleaned well each day and even late afternoon/evening after we requested as we stayed in late. Only slight downside is that security will sleep and lock the front main gate so if you're coming back after midnight then be aware. Needing a new parking receipt everyday was a bit much when using the same bike everyday for 5 days stay, why not just the one?
