As everyone says, this location was probably decorated in the 1970 s, but it is about ten to ten minutes walk from the gare du word and ten minutes walk from the louvre where you can get the batons on the seine to most places. We had a twin room on the ith floor which was just big enough for the two beds, had its own en suite shower and toilet and was very clean.. Dated but clean. The beds weren't much but comfortable enough for a good nights sleep. The top blanket wasn't great, but the sheets and beds were clean. The room was cleaned and beds were made every day. The staff was great and helpful. If you want a modern 5-star hotel in central Paris, make sure you have enough money, if your on a budget there is nothing wrong with this hotel.

I would definitely return!. During the summer, my partner and I stayed here, and I had intended to write a review. For three nights, we paid 50 livres each, so it cost only 16 pounds, and the location was right next to the gare de lest, which was across the street, and the gare de lest, which was only a 5-minute walk away, making it practically the citys core! We took the train from cdf to gare de lest, headed north, then turned left past gare de lest, and there it was! Our private restroom, which contained small packaged soaps, was spotless, and the value for the money was fantastic! The personnel was incredibly welcoming and had a good sense of humor. Yes, the lift is inoperative and the decor style may be outdated, but I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Yes, the lift does not function, and yes, the decor style may be antiquated, but overall, I advise people to remain here because me and my friends couldnt believe how good it was by comparison to the cost. There is wifi available in the reception area, and they have tons of magazines, so it is pleasant to sit there in the evening if people wanted to quickly check in with their family. I reserved this hour before my arrival after a friend was sick. It costs 60 euros per night in the center of Paris. It is in a good location for the Nordgare de Lest. Nothing was stolen after we left our bags. The front desk staff was courteous. The bed is quite comfortable. So that's it. It has running water and a window that you can open to get fresh air. It's 60 euros per night, I just can't comprehend the comments on what do people expect at this price point?.
