The hotel is strategically located in the middle of the busy road. You can easily walk to different attractions such as museums nearby.

I heartily suggest this charming hotel in the heart of hanoi. Nice hotel with a private bathroom and room. The location is fantastic, close to street food and a great place to eat hanoi beer. Had scheduled our trips to halong and the loop in haiang, which were also fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay at the kingdom hotel and were welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, very close to beer street but despite that the room was quiet. My room overlooked a very busy intersection and i can honestly say that i was never disturbed by noise and slept well every night. I have seen reviews saying that they heard noise from nearby bars, but all i can say is that it wasnt our experience. The manager, spring, is very helpful and friendly and arranged our two day cruise to halong bay which i highly recommend. We were able to leave our main bags at the hotel during the cruise which was very convenient. I lost internet in my room a few times briefly, but i understand that this was due to construction work taking place nearby. Overall a great hotel, close to the local nightlife and friendly and helpful staff.

Saya menginap sendirian selama 2 malam. Mengingat harganya, kamarnya bersih, tapi colokan kulkasnya rusak sehingga tidak bisa digunakan. Juga, saat menyalakan AC, hidung saya tidak berhenti meler. Baik debu maupun jamur, tapi tanpa AC sangat panas dan perih. Tidak disarankan untuk orang dengan masalah pernapasan.

Saya dapat menggunakan 3 kamar berbeda di tempat mereka. Kami memesan kamar paling dasar (kamar kecil tanpa jendela dengan kamar mandi dalam, tetapi persis seperti yang Anda harapkan dari kamar dasar di hotel Vietnam) tetapi teman saya sakit jadi saya meminta kamar di resepsionis. Pada malam yang sama, jam 230 pada malam Tet, tempat lain penuh atau terlalu mahal untuk apa pun. Huong (resepsionis) sangat baik dan memberi saya kamar dengan harga bagus di tempat mereka. Kamar tidur besar yang luas, balkon dan jendela, 2 tempat tidur (queen dan single) dan kamar mandi dalam. Karena kamar diambil pada malam kedua saya, dia memastikan untuk mencarikan saya kamar lain di hotel (kamar yang ditempati sehari sebelumnya) dan membersihkannya dalam 30 menit setelah saya check out. Kamar tidur pertama. Dia juga memberi saya buah gratis dan memeriksa kesehatan teman saya. Dia sangat baik dan akomodatif. Saya telah membaca ulasan lain sebelum dan khawatir tentang kebisingan, tetapi ternyata tidak seburuk yang saya harapkan. Tentu saja ada sedikit kebisingan (musik dari jalan-jalan sekitarnya), tetapi itulah harga yang harus dibayar untuk memiliki lokasi yang begitu indah (dekat Beer Street, tidak langsung di jantung kawasan lama!). Singkatnya, saya tidak bisa mendengar apa pun dalam kemacetan lalu lintas! Dan ini di 2 ruangan yang saya coba. Kamar dasar teman saya tidak berada di pinggir jalan, tidak ada suara! Handuknya memang bau, tapi bukan bau rokok, menurut saya

We had a wonderful stay at the Kingdom hotel over the Tet holiday. Everything went smoothly and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money and great location. I ended up forgetting some personal items and they were able to put them on a bus that delivered them to my next location without charge. 5/5 stay, highly recommended.

The host and hosts were excellent, the room was very comfortable and the bed was very large. The location was also very strategic, just around the corner from beer street, so it was very convenient! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Kamarnya bersih dan tempat tidurnya sangat bagus. Staf sangat ramah dan membantu. Pemilik membantu kami dengan tur ke Ha Long Bay, Sapa dan Ha Giang Loop. Harganya lebih murah dibandingkan harga di internet. Selain tur, pemilik juga mengatur transportasi dari tur ke tur. Kami baru saja menyelesaikan tiga tur dan semuanya terorganisir dengan sangat baik. Hotel ini sangat direkomendasikan.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. A nice hotel in a great location in the old quarter of hanoi. The room was small but comfortable. Very nice clean bathroom. We couldnt sleep the first night due to construction next door so the owner spring personally ensured we got a new room in another property. She was friendly, spoke good english and went out of her way to make her feel like a very welcome guest!

Excellent affordable accommodation option in hanoi. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. There is laundry and taxi service. Before we arrived, they scheduled us for a trip to ha Long bay and a bus ticket transfer to ninh binh.

The hotel is conveniently located near hoan kiem lake in the old quarter, close to all the attractions you may want to explore. The rooms are very nice and clean, with excellent services. The staff are always happy and helpful, ready to provide you with any information about your trip.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but not pushy. Helped us arrange a taxi to the airport at a good price and even offered us a late checkout. The room was very clean and modern. Every room has its own router with very good wifi, cable channels, very modern tv sets and, most importantly, fully functioning showers with proper stream and hot water. The bed was very comfortable too, softer than most ive slept in sea. Our room faced the street, but the noise level was low and no problem. Great location in the old quarter, just a few minutes walk from bia street. Would definitely recommend and come back.

The hotel manager, whose name is nam, assisted us in organizing our trips to Halong bay (1 hundred thirty usd on crown legend. The 2D 1N cruise exceeded our expectations by a lot! Loved the gourmet 5course dinner, and ninh binh was a great place for a day trip for fourtyfive usd. The excursions were cheaper than what i could find online. We booked the hotel online for one night and then extended our stay for three more nights directly through Nam, saving about 20%. The hotel room was fine, fairly basic and relatively clean. The location was great. But what made the hotel special was the help and recommendations of Nam.
