Im so happy to be able to stay at the lion king hotel! I adored the room, the location, pool, and, most importantly, Roberts kindness! He was incredibly helpful, even having a delicious banh mi ready for us when we arrived. Cant wait to return! Many thanks!.

Its the beginning of 2024, and one of my early thoughts was about my trip to lion king in hoi an, Vietnam at the end of may 2023 with my parents, aunts, uncle. Lion King provided me with the best momentbymoment service ive ever had while traveling. Flower and Robert are friendly from the start, engaging as much as you want, helpful no matter how complex the errand or task you are looking to complete. They are also well connected and respected by the local shops and services. The room i stayed in was perfect for me a single person. My aunt lived in taverns room for two, while my grandparents remained in larger rooms with balconies and tubs. This was my second visit to hoisin, so he was able to treat this visit more casually and slowly, making walking around the city, shopping (arranging delivery, dining at restaurants including bing mi with flower and roberts), and going to spas (telling them flower sent me) all worked well. It was hot while we were there, therefore when we returned, putting in the shower in our room and lounging beside it was also very refreshing before heading out to dinner. The location is also perfect, everything is only a short walk away and the rooms are also very nice. The owners of this place are amazing, if you thought you had exceptional customer service, you havent stayed at this hotel! From the moment we walked in until we left we felt treated like family, so i highly recommend staying here unless youre in hoi an.

The service provided by the host, Robert and flower, and their staff was impeccable. They made every arrangement with speed, affordability, & reliability. The hotel was in a great location and had clean rooms. There is onsite minimarket directly across the hotel for added convenience.

I cant wait to return. I have never experienced such kindness! Robert is amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. He welcomed us with the most delicious banh mi and continued to amaze us by his knowledge and generosity. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and the location is great. Highly recommended, can't believe i will be back.

Ideal to be near because it is also very hot and you can cool off in the pool while exploring. Robert is an absolute legend, he is so kind and passionate about making sure you have the best possible stay and getting the most out of Hoi An. We read almost all of his recommendations, and they were all fantastic. He knows the top banh mi locations! Ive already told my buddies about this place and would love to come back again!.

This hotel is highly recommended by me. We reserved 3 rooms for 5 nights at this wonderful hotel. The owners and hosts, flower and robert, are wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our rooms were clean and tidy, with a perfect location close to the old town and all amenities. Flower recommended great restaurants, spas, hair salons - she knows everything! Thank you so much flowerandrobin, we hope to return.

This is the best hotel experience i have ever had, as the overall rating suggests. It is located right in the heart of hoi an, close to everything in old town 5 minutes walk away and with the hotel renting scooters if you want to go further out. If you choose a room with tv overlooking the city, the rooms are spacious and have great views. Most importantly, though, they are absolutely amazing and make sure that everyone feels more than at home. They will create an entire itinerary for you based on what you are looking for! I cannot recommend this enough.

The best hotel in hoi an! We only stayed one night in the beautiful town of hoisan, so the location was very important to us. This hotel is located in downtown hoifang and within walking distance of everything you need to see in Hoi An. But on top of that, we received excellent service and hospitality from flower and her husband. They really do their best to give you the best experience - and already from checkin, they gave us a list of food recommendations and mustsee hidden gems. We felt very safe and in good hands during our stay, thank you, flower! I went for td room which was clean but the bathroom is not the biggest, making it easily humid in this room. However, its fine for short stays. Will definitely return to this lovely hotel!.

The hotel is in a great location, i will definitely stay here again! Beautiful hotel with incredibly roomy, spotless, and stunning modern decor. The pool is lovely and spotlessly clean. Robert was an excellent host, very helpful, considerate, attentive, friendly.

I have never felt so welcomed in a hotel! Flower and Robert are very warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There is tv on the balcony with sweeping views of the busy street below, but just close the door to relax in the quiet of your room thanks to the thick windows. Great location, i can walk to old town. Flower gave us great recommendations for restaurants, tailors etc nearby. They really went above and beyond and made our holiday extra special.

The owner and his wife provided 5star service at the lionking hotel. They were both very friendly and gave us great advice on food and recreation options in hoi an. To ensure that our stay was enjoyable, they went above and beyond. We arrived early from the airport before checkin time, and the owner sent his staff to buy banh mi, a local sandwich, for us. Great location and within walking distance to the river. Two thumbs up. Will return.

This hotel is fantastic. It is conveniently located less than a 5minute walk from the old town and walking streets, and just 10 minutes from downtown japans bridge. There are many lovely restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel was immaculately clean. Even though we faced the main street, the bedroom was brand new, tastefully decorated, comfortable, with excellent soundproofing, making it very quiet. Mrs. Flower, her husband, as well as her family, were the highlights of our visit. Our room wasnt yet spotless when we arrived early, but they had it cleaned and ready for us in ten minutes and allowed us to check in early which was extremely gracious. Her husband went to get us banh mi from their favorite restaurant during this period, which served delicious! They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, tailors, or general guidance on hoi an. We were sad to be leaving, however, we would most definitely stay here again in the future. I cannot express how highly i suggest this hotel. Many thanks for making our stay so wonderful.

Our stay here was the best weve ever had, and we had the most restful sleep of the trip. Robert is incredibly kind and hospitable. The old man is also quite kind in his service. Hoi ans location is excellent. Banh mi, thank you.
