I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. This place is perfect for those who want to stay longer because it comes with tv facilities and amenities, as well as walking distance to hoan kiem lake. The location is also excellent, with many restaurants and facilities nearby, and the staff is very helpful. They have good wifi, clean rooms, easy communication with them, plus they are very accommodating.

I stayed here one night and they provided me with excellent service. The room is absolutely clean. With a variety of restaurants nearby, the location is ideal for enjoying your evening. My host was very friendly and supported me. Coliving at this hotel is also very nice, they are very kind, share their stuff with me and make me feel at home at that moment. I love this motel.

I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family who visit hanoi, and i will definitely make another reservation when ill be back. The host was very friendly and helpful to us, as was the cleaner who was also lovely. This hotel is perfect in every way. Amazing level of cleanliness, perfect location in the designer district but just the right distance from the old quarter so you are away from noise and crowds, immaculate layout, furniture and decor.

This place is highly recommended for anyone visiting hanoi, just a 10minute walk from hoan kiem lake. The only drawback is the construction site next door if you are snoozing, but otherwise, its great value when compared to other hotels in the old quarter.

I recommend staying! Ideal location for getting around the city on foot, by bus, or by taxi or grab. There are many coffee shops, restaurants, and shops nearby. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable. Hot water is the only issue. It works but doesnt last very long.

Overall, we will rate livie five stars! Highly recommended! We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed the great location and all the amenities in this quiet roomthe stylish design, cleanliness, nice bath tub, and spacious bed. It would be perfect if the internet didnt disconnect frequently. By the way, the staff answered very quickly and solved any problems we had and also gave great advice.

This place exceeded my expectations. It was incredibly safe and secure, spotless, and inviting, with all the amenities we required. The location is about a 10 to 15minute walk from the main areas of the old quarter, but there are several supermarkets just 2.2 minutes away. And there were several restaurants within walking distance. We received professional service and efficiency, so i have no hesitation in recommending livie accommodation to anyone visiting hanoi.

I stayed here for 8 nights and didnt really have any problems. The room is spacious and very comfortable. There is a fruit smoothie shop 30 meters away. Really nice touches and good design.

The location is strategic and close to the city center. The staff is very helpful, accommodating and easy to communicate in english. Room is perfect, clean and spacious enough! We really enjoyed our time there! Great base to explore hanoi from. This residence is amazing! Livie is a great place to stay in hanes.

This apartment was ideal. Its in a great location, close to many places, including the haute couture district, the bar area, lakes, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping malls. The hospitality is excellent, as are the housekeeping services. There is onsite laundry service. In addition to utilizing utensils, there is also tv and air conditioning. However, it cools down quickly, so you dont need it on for too long. From 8 to 8 people, guests are available and are extremely helpful. They assisted me in setting up cabs to and from the airport and allowed me to store my bags there after checkout. If you inquired, they would also allow you to leave luggage there before checkin. I have nothing but praise for this location and the kindness and generosity of both hosts. Even if you smoke or enjoy the weather, their rooftop balcony is available for smoking. Im not. My apartment faced the road, but it was very peaceful, with incredibly comfortable beds. Staying here is highly recommended! 5 out of 5 stars.

When visiting hanoi, you should check out the best service apartment. I had a great time with them. The location couldnt have been better, there were everything you could possibly need, including food, groceries, restaurants, coffee, etc. Its incredibly roomy and cozy. Beautifully furnished and immaculately clean, the room was. Friendly and accommodating receptionist.

I heartily suggest staying at this lovely property. I spent five weeks living in the livable livie hanoi. The location and online photos accurately represent the property, which was ideal. It felt like home because of the beautiful plants and decor. Although it is located in a historic district near the french embassy, it had remained inhabited. While it was convenient to take saunter for five minutes to the old quarter, returning home to fewer touristy neighborhoods was always nice. All the ladies who run the house and clean the rooms are wonderful and exceeded my expectations. For instance, they helped plan remuneration for nihn binh and set up ubud shoe repairman to replace the soles of ten pairs of shoes.

I would definitely return and have already recommended it to my friends and family. The ideal location! I was pleasantly surprised. It was spacious and accommodating the room was! Nearby locations that are affordable for tourists. Very kind and friendly staff, she even recommended both coffee and restaurants that we loved. Everything is included, and thought through even the decor and interior design is appealing. Security is excellent as well, instead of a card like hotels, it is merely scribbled into our pad. For those who are tourists like us, the staff can also speak english. Communication with the employees is done in person and via whatsapp, which is quite convenient. There is nothing that could make it better. 11/10 i would undoubtedly return, having already suggested it all my buddies and relatives.

I heartily suggest this location to anyone searching for a fantastic Airbnb experience. This accommodation was wonderful for me. It was tastefully furnished, cozy, and spotless. The host made sure i had everything ive needed and was quite accommodating. With quick access to nearby attractions and public transportation, the location was excellent.

I stayed at livie on my recent trip to hanoi. It was very clean, well maintained and everything worked. Great location that allows you to walk to many places in the old quarter. Communication before and during my stay was excellent. Would definitely stay again.
