Great place to stay close to everything right in centre of town the staff are amazing can’t help you enough and the breakfast was excellent Lys also hires out scooters and bikes and is great for a tip where to go I would totally recommend this place and if I ever go back would definitely stay again

Lovely little homestay with inviting pool ran by a lovely family. At breakfast you were given a fruit plate while they freshly cooked your order from the menu.They did my laundry, really good price, booked trips and return trip to Hanoi and provided water and snacks for journey. There are lots of bikes and mopeds to hire if needed. I would definitely recommend this Homestay if you're in Tam Coc.

Séjour de 3 jours et 2 nuits à 3 avec notre fille de 8 ans. La chambre est suffisamment spacieuse et la literie confortable. L’emplacement est vraiment au top, juste à côté de l’embarcadère pour le tour en bateau à Tam Coc et juste à côté des restaurants et bars tout en étant au calme. Le petit déjeuner est bon et vous avez le choix pour commander le plat accompagné de fruits frais. Nous avons loué des vélos électriques qui sont absolument géniaux. Nous avons pu laisser nos affaires la dernière journée et profiter de la piscine et prendre une douche avant notre départ dans la soirée. Nous recommandons à 100%

From the moment we stepped onto the property we were met with warmth and a very friendly attitude. Our rooms were immaculate and very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and cosy. Our two rooms had everything we needed and included a table and chairs outside our room to enjoy the coolness of the evenings. The daily breakfast was excellent, offering fresh French bread and fruit with every menu option, as well as fruit juices, tea and very good coffee. The pool was a treat especially after exploring all day in the heat. We rented bikes from the site and happily went from place to place, comfortable and confidently. The family who own/ run the property are absolutely amazing and so kind. They helped us arrange our train transportation to the next stop on our tour of Vietnam and had a wonderful breakfast ready for us when we left early in the morning. We can't say enough about how absolutely amazing this family and their hotel are; definitely a highlight of our trip. We felt as if we were staying with friends or family and can't say enough about our stay at the Lys Homestay. Excellent, friendly, warm and inviting, comfortable and very well located. You need to stay here if you are looking for comfort, cleanliness and care. You won't be disappointed.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, l'un des meilleurs que nous avons fait au Vietnam. Déjà, les chambres sont très propres et confortables. La literie est très bonne. Ensuite, le petit déjeuner était très bon, avec des fruits frais de qualité et un plat à la carte à choisir entre spécialités Vietnamiennes et pancake. Nous avons adoré la piscine, également très propre. Enfin, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propriétaire très attentionnée, qui parle français, avec ses précieux conseils et qui est au petit soin. Il est aussi extrêmement bien placé, proche du centre. Mais si vous voulez aller plus loin vous pouvez loué scooters et vélo électrique.

This was an incredibly welcoming place to stay. They organized a jeep tour for us which was fabulous and included a boat trip in Trang An. The pool was a God send given the 36 degree heat. We had an early departure for Ha Long Bay, and they provided us a packed breakfast for the trip. Such a caring and friendly place to stay.

Had the best 2-days stay at LYS Homestay. Rented bikes and drove around the rice fields which is really close by. All of the LYS-family were really friendly and helpfull. Our room fitted our family perfectly. Would definitely be back again.

Our time at Lys Homestay was wonderful! The fresh fruit that was part of breakfast every morning was a particular highlight. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. It is run by a lovely family, who make you feel welcome and well taken care of. They also helped us book the next leg of our journey and gave helpful advice. The location was fantastic as well, allowing us to walk to nearby restaurants and explore Tam Coc. A wonderful place run by a very kind family!

Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers hatten wir einen echten Wow-Moment – so liebevoll und romantisch war alles hergerichtet! Die wunderschöne Fototapete gab dem Raum eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre, und die Rosen auf dem Bett waren das i-Tüpfelchen. Das Zimmer war von der Größe her völlig ausreichend, das Bad modern gestaltet mit geschmackvollen Fliesen und einer überraschend großen Dusche. Alles war blitzsauber und gut durchdacht: leise Klimaanlage, Ventilator, Kühlschrank, Smart-TV mit Netflix – und im Bad lagen sogar kleine Extras wie Zahnbürste, Kamm und weitere Hygieneartikel bereit. Das Homestay wird von einer sehr freundlichen Familie geführt, die sich wirklich um ihre Gäste kümmert. Das Frühstück wird à la carte serviert und war jedes Mal lecker. Zudem kann man direkt vor Ort Mopeds oder Fahrräder mieten, Ausflüge buchen oder den Transfer mit dem Bus organisieren lassen. Ein schöner Pool mit Liegen lädt zum Entspannen ein – einziger kleiner Nachteil: es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Die Lage ist ideal, in der Nähe gibt es Restaurants, kleine Läden, Spas – und der See ist gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt, dass wir spontan eine Nacht länger geblieben sind. Klare Empfehlung – ein Ort zum Ankommen und Wohlfühlen!

Super petite pension de famille où on vous fait sentir comme un invité et pas juste un touriste de passage. La propriétaire, qui parle français, est très gentille et ne manque pas d’attentions. L’hôtel fait aussi agence de voyage donc ils organisent des excursions à la journée, les transferts entre les villes et location de scooters/vélo pour un prix modique. Les chambres sont assez simples mais propres. L’hotel est dans le centre de Tam Coc qui a su garder un esprit village, c’est très vivant tout autour. J’y retournerai pour l’accueil.

とにかくこのホテルの宿泊者へのおもてなしは最高です。家族経営かと思いますが、オーナーのお母さんは絶えず声かけをしてくれて気遣いを感じ滞在を楽しませてくれます。またお嬢さんも積極的にコミニュケーションをとり、旅のさまざまなアドバイスをくれました。また大学で日本語を専攻されてたそうで、流暢な日本語を話されます。当地では日本語を話せるスタッフは皆無だとおもいますので、日本人旅行者には有り難い存在だと思います。

Had an amazing stay at Lys Homestay. Excellent service and they were very helpful. We rented bikes from Lys one day to explore the area, very beautiful scenery. We also rented scooters one day to explore Ninh Binh even more. They also helped us with transport to Hanoi airport. 10/10 would recommend!
