My girlfriend and I went in without booking and negotiated our price without reading any reviews of this place. It seems either that we had a good luck or the hotel has improved a lot in recent years. The staff was friendly and helpful, provided cheap bike rentals and inexpensive water as cheap as or cheaper than nearby markets, provided clean towels every day, the room was clean, good hot water, good wifi, comfortable beds, really nothing to complain about. It wasnt amazing, but it did the job well and at a much lower price than many other places were quoting. Also, it has an excellent location, very close to the old town. Pro tip Avoid buying sunscreen at any of the nearby market, foreign brands are often counterfeit. Will stay here again.

The reception's wifi works well despite the hotspots on and floors being off and the ground floor having no connection to the internet. In the morning, I asked for a cup of hot water to make tea, but they said it didn't have any. In general, the personnel was kind, and even assisted us with the taxi when we left. They also have computers in the lobby, which is nice. We negotiated a simple room in the middle with a little window across the aisle for only usd. The bed, comfort, and bathroom are all fair. The first room smelled strongly of cigarettes. Changed to the second. Dirty bedding. We alerted, went out, and returned several hours later. Hadn't changed. When we asked again, nothing changed. Complained once more before guests arrived at the hotel, and they changed it. Wifi in the lobby is good, but the hotspot on the ground floor is off and the grd floor connects but has no connection to the internet. In the morning I asked for hot water to make tea but they said there was no supply. Although

The location is close to the old town and also a good place with aircorn. I also can't open the bathroom door because of the strange smell, what smells like mold inside the door. I have a window that faces the hall. The staff is very kind.

It's just that, because I asked for a rebate. When they say the room is full, I don't find anyone else to tell me. The room is clean, the bathroom is adequate, but it has a loud noise when you use it. The shower is hot but broken, making the stream coming out not straight. The internet connection is slow and noisy in the morning. The staff is ok, but we only stay for one night.
