Our group of 8 loved the Horizon Hotel! The location is great, for anyone wanting to be on the north beach. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Stunning infinity pool on the 4th floor--very quiet and a good place to hang out as a group. We were picked up at the airport, offered bottles of water and cool washcloths to freshen up, and upon arrival at the hotel were given a cool drink as we checked in. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Everything about this place is great!

When I went on vacation there, the personnel was helpful and friendly. If you require them, they are more than happy to assist you. Even though a stateroom is a room with sea views, it is likely that you can book a room with sea views due to the hotel's proximity to the sea. It also has a shallow beach with white, smooth sand that is visible from it's top floor. In that area, I've also discovered a few inexpensive and tasty street fare. A 5-star hotel in New Haang is the most important factor. My pals would likely stay at this hotel.

This is the first time I went there on holiday. The staff was really friendly and helpful. If you need anything, they will help you. Even though the room is a stateroom, the hotel looks out over the ocean. The room also has a swimming pool in the corner, from which you can see the blue sea. There is a shallow beach on this property, and the sand is smooth and white. Also, there is cheap and tasty street food in the area. The price is the most important factor for a 5 star hotel in Narang.

The best part of this stay was definitely the comfy bed. Not too soft, but soft enough to stay far too long. The view of the sea was lovely, maybe too close to see much else. We got some wonderful photos of the street and the beach but had to be near to the window to get it. Outside the room the lobby music was a bit loud. The guests on our floor were extremely loud. I'm not sure if the door was thin or the noise loud. The staff were friendly, attentive and always at hand. We booked a motorbike through the hotel and a friendly russian man who liked to tell us he had a Vietnamese wife. Everything went smoothly without any fuss. The breakfast selection was good. a mix of western and Vietnamese cuisine. Lots of fruit and different drinks. The location is great for relaxing and visiting the sights that are out of town. The beach close is okay but not as good as the town's beach. Even that beach is not great. The sand is a little sharp, the refrigerator is not cold enough but keeps the drink cool. I think the air conditioning unit did a better job keeping the drinks cool. The room itself was large and clean. Comfortable sofa and a large enough desk for doing some work. If staying on that side of the city, we would definitely go back to the nha rang horizon hotel.

It was a pleasant stay overall. However the service was not good enough to call it a five star hotel. Despite the fact that majority of guests are tourists, there is no tour desk, and the front desk says that they do not know anything else other than the service in the hotel. If you can't plan your own tour, I don't think this hotel is right. The Spa service in the hotel was fantastic and Thao, the manager worked really passionately and did her best for the guests. I am willing to stay in the hotel if I go visit Nha Trang again in the future.

The only issue with the hotel was an unexpected charge using the karaoke room, as we believed it to be part of the hotel. The price to use the room was listed in Vietnamese so we had no idea there was a charge which is strange considering all the other prices for drinks was listed in English. Tried to get this charge taken off our bill but staff said no sorry.
