The location is good because within a short distance, there is a Convince store right near your door, a historic town about 8 minutes by foot, and there are banks and ATMs nearby. We spent 6 nights and were upgraded to a family room. We meet the owners and staff who are very welcoming and helpful. The family room was big and comfortable. We arranged transfers and tours directly with the hotel and the cost was very fair. You can also rent bicycles for a modest fee. Breakfast was not included, but you can order meals from the hotel.

We will definitely return and stay here. The place is very good, the rooms are very comfortable. The whole family makes sure everything is good for your stay and book bikes, taxis, trips, whatever you need.

I had a great time at Nu Ni. The family who ran it was really kind and helpful. We were able to stroll practically anywhere we wanted to go, and it was close to the old town. The personnel was also helpful in arranging transfers from the airport, suggesting a tailor, and recommending activities such as a bike tour. The rooms were cozy and spotless. Overall, a great stay.

We had a great time staying at this homestay, which is located close to the historic district of Hoi An, which is only 510 minutes away and is quite convenient. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and comfy. Although we found that this is very common in Vietnam, the mattresses are firm. I would recommend this place if you want to have a pleasant and affordable stay in Hoi An.

This beautiful hotel is tucked away on a main road in Heian and only a short stroll from the ancient town. Super nice room we were in 206 with a king bed and nice little balcony overlooking some greenery. Lots of hot water and good AC. Obviously recently built everything is in top shape and nicely done. The front desk staff is friendly and happy to make recommendations for restaurants, spas, etc. They suggest the green grass spa nearby and the massage I had there was great ask for lee. The hotel has laundry service which we used. Same day service is nice. We enjoyed everything about this place.
