Seperti kebanyakan hotel bintang 5 lainnya di Asia, Sofitel Plaza Hanoi bisa menjadi salah satu pilihan untuk Anda menginap jika Anda mengunjungi Hanoi. Anda dapat mendapatkan kamar dengan pemandangan Danau Truc Bbach berdasarkan permintaan dan tentunya berbeda. Semakin tinggi lantai kamar Anda, semakin indah pemandangan yang bisa dinikmati. Jangan lupa mencoba minuman di Summit Lounge. Di sana Anda tidak hanya disajikan minuman yang enak dengan harga bersaing, tetapi juga bonus menikmati pemandangan kota Hanoi di malam hari.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet in a busy city. Breakfast buffet is great. We walked around the true bach lake trying to get over jetlag. It's a bit hard to manage this as most cafes are spread out on the sidewalks.

Pesan pertama, ini adalah bangunan tua. Desain model lama, karpet model lama. Saat checking saya diberitahu bahwa kami hanya mendapatkan 6 kamar dengan 2 single beds, padahal yang dipesan dari beberapa hari sebelumnya adalah kingsize beds. Setelah bersikeras, kami mendapat 2 kamar dengan king size beDS, 4 dengan 2 Single beds di sini. Pencahayaan lift dan koridor kamar jauh hrdnya baik di sini daripada Sofitel Saigon. Namun desain dan fasilitas di kamar terlihat tua dibandingkan dengan Sofi Tel Saigon. Yang cukup menghibur adalah dari kamar Anda bisa melihat danau West Lake kalau tidak salah, begitu banyak danau di Hanoi. Lokasinya juga dekat untuk berjalan-jalan menyusuri danau dan memperhatikan aktivitas orangorang di sekitar danau seperti kedai kopi, latihan salsa, jajanan lokal atau hanya untuk bercengkerama. Pilihan sarapan tidak terlalu banyak, tetapi lebih enak daripada di Saigon, terutama omelette dan croissantnya. Kesimpulan agak membingungkan dpt kualitas merek Sofitele. Saya berharap setidaknya mirip dengan SoFitel Nusa Dua Bali, namun bedanya sangat jauh sekali.

If you're planning a trip to Hanoi, this hotel is highly advised. This five-star hotel is in the ideal spot to stay in Hanoi because it is located near a breathtaking lake! Our room had access to the Pan Pacific Lounge, which offered wonderful high tea and cocktail hour options in the afternoons and evenings specifically for club lounge members. My family also cherished the heated pool and sauna, which offered an amazing view from the top. The location is excellent, and you can easily stroll around to a number of nearby cafes and restaurants in the evenings. On my wife's birthday, the hotel also delivered me with a lovely cake and a card. A special mention should go to Téni at the Pan Pacific Lounge, who took excellent care of us all. He helped us check into our rooms early, gave us excellent restaurant advice, and was always courteous and accommodating to all of our demands.

Pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan. Setelah menempuh perjalanan selama kurang hrdnya 3, 5 jam menggunakan mobil shuttle bhaya cruises, akhirnya kami sampai di Sofitel Plaza Hanoi sekitar pukul 16: 00 Waktu setempat. Karena reservasi saya adalah kamar mewah klub sofitel, kami dipersilakan untuk naik ke klub lantai, di mana proses checking akan dilakukan secara lebih privat di sini. Kami disambut oleh-oleh 2 petugas staf klub sophitel yang ramah, sang fo pria yang lupa namanya menawarkan koran dan minuman kepada saya dan istri, sedangkan sang fo wanita bernama masih. Khao memastikan reservasiku sesuai dengan semua permintaan yang saya ajukan jauhhari sebelumnya. Dia pun menyarankan beberapa tempat menarik untuk kami kunjungi selama di hanoi, namun kami menjelaskan bahwa kami telah mengikuti tour pribadi keesokan harinya. Kamar kami sempurna, menghadap ke Trucbach Lake dan West Lake dengan thanh nien road membentang di tengahnya, indah. Amenities di kamar mandi juga sangat spesial, produk dari Lanvin yang sangat eksklusif.
