Excellent stay. Fantastic room, modern and clean and a very comfortable bed which is not normal in Vietnam. Great front desk staff. Breakfast is not the best with very limited options but it is typical for Vietnam. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I think this hotel is one of best hotel in Hanoi. It has mini kitchen, bathtub, Japanese style toilet. The staffs is so nice and helpful. When I go to Vietnam again, I definitely will come to this hotel again. Maintained cleanliness. Room service efficient.

湖がよく見える部屋でした。ホテルも清潔で、スタッフの方々も皆さん親切に対応してくれました。朝食は眺めの良い屋上でも食べることができ、メニューは少ないながらも味はどれも絶品でした。観光客が少ない地区ですが、歩いてすぐに市場やチェーン店の飲食店もたくさんあり便利でした。ホテルの目の前の湖を歩きながら散歩らカフェで美味しいコーヒーも飲めます。次回は家族で利用したいと思います。

The Parasand hotel is a great value for the price. Clean, spacious rooms that are very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Sky bar and restaurant is very convenient for grabbing breakfast and dinner.

Perfect place. So many things we've enjoyed. From the wonderful service and hospitality, the quiet room, the lovely breakfast with view, the comfortable beddings, lots of storage, the 24/7 front desk, the short walk to the lake, everything. The location also worked for us. We stayed in the family suite facing the lake with a large bakcony, and enjoyed having lots of light and view of the lake during the day and quiet nights with very limited noise coming from the street thanks to good windows. Wonderful find with high quality standard. Not the typical cheap tourist place. We will be back.

1층에서 세탁기를 돌리고 방에들어가서 잊어버리곤 한참뒤에 와서보니 제빨래가 건조기까지 돌려서 차곡차곡 개어져있었습니다.마치 엄마가 해놓은것처럼. 아마 호텔스탭이었겠죠. 어느날 방에 에어콘이 안되었습니다. 즉시 더 크고 좋은 에어콘이 되는방으로 교체해주었습니다. 그다음날 호텔매니저같은분이 큰접시에 여러과일을 세팅해서 주었습니다. 전날의 불편함에 사과드린다면서요. 밖에잠시 나갔다오면 몰래 청소를 해놓습니다. 설겆이부터 시작해서 널부러진 제옷가지들은 개어져있었습니다.
