PENTHOUSE private ROOFTOP POOL: 3BRs, bar, terrace

This is a private residence, not a hotel. Please respect this property as if it were your own.
THE RULES OF THE PROPERTY
Registration
- All guests must register.
- ID/passport photos required for all guests.
- Security deposit: one ID/passport or VND2.000.000d.
Visitors, Parties/Events
- No parties/events.
- Limit visitors: 1 per guest. If 1 or 2 registered guests, max 3 visitors at one time.
- Visitors must leave by midnight, max 6 hours.
- Visitors staying longer incur additional fees: VND600k.
- Guests must escort all visitors up/down elevator.
- No sharing entry code with visitors.
- No inviting strangers.
- Guest who booked responsible for all guests/damages.
- No drug use.
Pool Area
- No glass/sharp objects in pool area.
- No diving/jumping into pool.
- No sitting on negative edge of pool.
- Shower before using pool.
- Kids under 12 must be supervised at all times.
Smoking, BBQ
- No smoking inside.
- Don't leave barbecue unattended.
- Only use barbecue on level 7.
- No fires allowed elsewhere.
Respect & Litter
- Litter goes in terrace bin, or street bins.
- Do not move furniture without permission.
- Clean up after yourself.
Check-out
- Late check-out may be available. Additional fees may apply. Please ask in advance.
- Return all access cards to host or discuss check-out procedure via message.
- Wait for inspection before leaving.
- Lost/damaged items may be charged.
- Report any damages immediately by message.
Appliances
- Must use remote control for projector screen.
- Doors should be closed to outside when air-conditioning is on.
- Appliances should be turned off when out.
Camera System
- Security cameras in bar/pool area & terrace are not monitored, only for security and disputes.
- Guests may request camera covers for privacy but this removes host liability. Please request host if camera covers are preferred so host can cover cameras.
