I got my first visit to this hotel two years ago, and it was fantastic. The rooms are neat and clean. It is close to the airport, and a delicious breakfast is included in the cost. I would have given it more on this initial visit despite it being two stars. But, when I stayed there two days ago, things had slightly subsided. The steps leading up to the hotel were unglamorous on the previous visit, and the reception area was dusty and seedy. The counter needed to be polished. The staff was as good as before. The room was identical to the breakfast of the same caliber. Excellent value. There was more aviation noise when near the airport, which was due to the greatly improved airport facilities and fewer aircraft surely taking off and landing. Although not as bad as my previous experience, it is still reasonably priced and near the airport.

Because it is close to a family that lives in Sapien. Our first room was a disaster, with mold in the tub, wet spots on the ceiling, and a musty smell. But my mother's room was quite comfortable, with a clean bathroom, wall paper, and recessed lights. The cook is fantastic, so breakfast and orders are quite good, but in the end we could not stay here due to the noise from traffic and airplanes and smoking in the hallways and lobby by other guests.

We stay here because it is close to friends, close to the airport. For a 2 star it is excellent. The interior rooms (away from street) are quiet. In the street rooms you can hear the overhead planes landing.

It is not in the tourist areas. I choose this location to be near a friend's workplace. Staff were friendly and helpful. English is not spoken, but you can still be understood with patience.

Dirty and disgusting. Hairs on the floor, a big lump of hair in the shower, even hairs in the bed. No baby cots nor baby high chairs. Lots of noise from the airplanes. We used the hotel's van for going to the market and later to the airport and checked beforehand if we could pay by visa. Turns out they charge a 10% fee if you pay by credit card which they don't inform you about until you already have used their services. Breakfast was poor, for examples no juice to drink instead they serve coca-cola and 7up in big jugs, which we assumed was water and by accident gave to our baby to drink for her breakfast... Just awful.
