Quelle belle surprise en arrivant ! L'écolodge est encore mieux que sur les photos. La chambre et la piscine permettent une bonne détente après des randonnées. A recommander pour un séjour avec deux enfants.

This resort is so gorgeous. We stayed here for 2 nights. The accommodation was high quality so I adored it so much. We can't order food and there aren't many options. It's fine if you recommend eco resort, natural, or pulling eco resort.

The view from our bungalow was of the valley and the surrounding mountains. We couldn't say how amazing it was, and since our room was really small, we could leave the curtains open and observe the sunrise in the morning. The facilities are a bit odd, but that added to the experience. There was a huge tree trunk in the corner because the restroom was built around a tree! The pool appeared lovely, but it was too cold in December to use. We didn't have dinner here, but the breakfast was delicious, and I didn't want to leave in the morning!.

Great location, great area to visit and hike through the villages, rusticexotic look, lovely garden and pool layout, friendly staff and relative to the remoteness accommodating vegetarians. Cons We got a very noisy room by the entrance to the lodge and pool, it was also lacking privacy large window door for the view, meaning we had to keep the curtains down and there was not much light in the room. We also had some problems with cockroaches. This might come with the location but it should be noted.

This place is very good. Our room has a small but clean condition. The food at the restaurant is delicious. The location is also nice. But in the long run the tour guides can't leave their engine on while waiting for guests because this is bad for the environment and makes other guests be disrespectful. I have to hear an engine instead of enjoying the peace and quiet, that's where the pros of this place are.

At Pu Long, we had the best time. The place and the views are breathtaking, it's a tranquil retreat! Our rooms were lovely and had wonderful views from our balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite. The food was delicious, and we loved the pool. The treks were an unforgettable experience, with amazing scenery and engaging and informative guides. A lovely few days, a truly peaceful and relaxing experience. I understand that on weekends, it's busier. When we visited midweek, it was peaceful and very peaceful.

Die Zimmer waren schön groß, nett eingerichtet und sauber. Durch die Verwendung von Holz (Bambus) im Feuchtraum gab es leider Schimmel in den Räumen und es riecht leicht muffig. Die Bettwäsche wies leider den ein oder anderen nicht identifizierbaren Fleck auf. Das Essen im Restaurant war wirklich ausgezeichnet und von den Preisen her angemessen. Der Pool ist traumhaft und sauber Die Lage ist wunderschön und herrlich ruhig. Ein toller Platz zum Entspannen und Wandern

The hotel is in a superb mountain area. The area is really you imagine of Vietnam. Rice fieldd. Wooden houses nice people. The resort is very nice and they try to let you feel at home. The resort has only a couple of rooms but theh are expandinf so there were construction activities but they did not give any problem. The only thing is that the place is visited during daytime bu a lot of tours that have lunch or a drink at the resort. This makes the place very busy and less relaxed. The pool area is than noisy and crowded and they even sat on our patio. We talked to the staff about this and set security at the gate, but still a lot of bookings of daily tours were in the restaurant.

Hotel a priori bastante bien, con unas buenas visras y piscina infinity pero que al ser invierno estaba bastante desangelado. Eramos casi los unicos clientes. Desayuno correcto y el servicio mejorable, no tenian claro si el pago de la habitacion estaba realizado y se nos cayó en la ducha el dispensador de gel (las baldas estan bastante mal posicionadas en el baño) lo cual se rompió y nos lo hicieron pagar. No fue en si el coste pero si el detalle de como lo hicieron y el coste. Comimos por casi el mismo importe dos personas. En fin a mejorar porque un hotel vacío genera poca confianza
