1. A guarantee deposit of VND 1,000,000 per night is required upon arrival to cover incidental expenses and possible damages. The unused amount will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.

Important Arrival Notice – Tan Son Nhat Airport (Ho Chi Minh City) All foreign travelers must complete the online pre-arrival declaration before entering Vietnam: https://prearrival.immigration.gov.vn/ After submission, you will receive a QR code to present at immigration. Failure to complete this in advance may result in longer processing times upon arrival.
Please note that the resort’s outlets, including restaurants, bars, and spa services, do not accept cash payments. Guests may conveniently charge expenses to their room, or settle payments via credit card or QR code (available for Vietnamese bank account holders)
