Airport pick-up time: distance of 2 hours per round, beginning at 07:30 AM until 07:30 PM daily.
Airport see-off time: distance of 2 hours per round, beginning at 07:00 AM until 07:00 PM daily.
Extra fees as mentioned will be collected at the property.
Free airport pick-up and see-off for bookings under 6 rooms.
In case of the same group, please separates the Code for pick up depending on the above time frame.
In order to reserve the transfer, please inform the property of your arrival details at least 1 day prior to arrival. This can be noted in the Special Requests section upon booking.
Infants from 0 to 5 years stay at a property for free on existing bedding.
Additional charge 320.000 VND will be applied for Children from 6 to 11 years.
Guests aged 12 and over require additional bedding at VND 820000 per night.
Over 6 rooms surcharge for pick-up and see-off as follows: 16-seat van: VND 350,000 per one way, 34-seat coach VND 1,000.000 per one way.
Please be informed that guests are required to provide a deposit of VND 2,500,000 (equivalent to USD 100) upon check-in for the entire stay.
This deposit is to cover any incidental charges during the stay, such as food and beverages, minibar, laundry, or damages if any.
The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out if no extra charges are incurred.
