Good value for money. we were picked up by a driver and also taken back to the airport after two nights. All for free. The resort surroundings was beautiful with beautiful view Rooms are new . about 5 rooms in each Villa. We were in the top floor . No elevator. The room was nicely equipped and was perfect except for one thing which I reported when i left. The silicon sealing in the bath was poorly spread and water can drip behind the bath. Apart from that we had first breakfast near the resort in the restaurant and on the 2nd day we ate in the swiss bell hotel Apart from that the stuff tried to help. Their English needs to be improved

Good hotel away from Da Lat. It's very quiet, it is located close to the lake. There are free shuttles from the hotel to the center 4 or 5 times a day. They also offer a free shuttle going to the train station. The serviceis really good. The breakfast is good.

Maybe we traveled during off peak season hence may not stay true to all , however, the staff ( especially receptionist ) very helpful with excelent attitude Hotel services covered all our needs even transports Things can be improved Breakfast menu to be more variety Making use of Tuyen Lam Lake resources , we wouldn't mind paying extra for activities by the lake or use boat going around . At the moment there's no activities offer for such a nice lake !

Провели 2 ночи в Sacom Resort в январе 2016. Отель расположен за городом, в округе сосновые леса и горы, минимум людей и инфраструктуры, только прогулки на природе. Территория отеля огромная, чистая и ухоженная. Сами корпуса новые, но по-вьетнамски непродуманные. Каждая вилла в 3 этажа: первый этаж -- ресешен, тренажерный зал или гостиная зона, второй и третий этажи -- номера (по 2 на каждом этаже). В нашем номере (0132) было 2 балкона: из одного вид на гору, из второго на озеро и дорогу. Кстати, на эту гору стоит подняться (очень красивая дорога и великолепный вид сверху). Сам номер большой и светлый, но обставлен безтолково. Из странностей: в номере есть чайник, но нет кружек; огромная ванная, но объема бойлера не хватает, чтобы наполнить ее с первого раза, приходится ждать следующей порции горячей воды; 4х звездочный отель, но нет шведского стола на завтрак, сами завтраки так себе, персонал ресторана по вьетнамски-расслабленный. Из дополнительных услуг есть небольшой тренажерный зал, велосипеды, пул, 3х разовый трансфер в город (его стоит заказывать заранее). Вцелом впечатление хорошее. Но в следующий раз предпочтем соседний Эденсии :)

The hotel is on the other side of the city so there is no shop or restaurant nearby. However, the hotel has free shuttle to the city centre three times a day, which is super nice. The staff there are the nicest and sweetest people I have ever seen. Even though it's kinda far from the city centre (10 min drive) but the hotel is on a beautiful mountain with amazing view. I would highly recommend you to take a bike around. I absolutely enjoy it! The only thing that disappointed me a little is the room i stayed at is in the basement. It smelled a little bit funky...I just wish i could be told that I booked a basement room.

Hotel staff are very nice but not coordinated. Our check-in was delayed for about 45 minutes cuz they couldn't find our reservation. The hotel is nice but very far from the city. They have free shuttle buses to the city but did not tell us it require half hour notice. We showed up on time and they wouldn't take us to the city because of no reservation. The night staff was very rude explaining the situation to us.

The hotel surrounds with beautiful gardens and lake. It is the right place if you like to have a quiet place to relax. The hotel is 15min drive away town and no shop or restaurant near by. It provides a free shuttle bus service (3 times a day) to the city. A 15 min taxi drive that cost around $10USD.

The Hotel Rooms are nice and large. Quality of uses construction materials are cheap. Waterpump totally noisy and not adjusted to the purpose. Restaurant has no clue about European cousine. Breakfast was lacking American Coffee, selection of bread and cereals, yoghurt and fruits .

Amazingly kind staffs. Nice lake view from balcony. I stayed 3 nights. 1 time I should have to go other hotel nearby for breakfast.10 minutes by car. It is understandable that with few guests the Hotel may don’t want or it doesn’t make sense economically, preparing big buffet breakfast. But they need to mention about this changing situations at reservation page not when I do check-in. For go to other place for breakfast they asked me to book a free shuttle bus a day before. I made it as 7:30am, anyway there are shuttles just 2 times for breakfast. Me and my parents went out to the meeting point(main gate) on 7:20am but till 7:45am I couldn’t see the bus and the gate guard was just continued say “2 minutes”. Because of my father has diabetes he need to take a meal and medicine on time so I decided grabbed taxi for go to have breakfast. Again. The staffs are kind and the surrounding is full of nature. This hotel has beautiful outfit. But they need to understand what is right hospitality service. It was pleasure to facing smiley face for ask favors. In the other side I felt bit sad why this young staff say to me sorry for explain to go other hotel early in the morning for breakfast. Staffs are for supply nice service not for begging matter of system. I wish this place become batter.

Well-kept grounds, beautiful landscape garden. Very quiet surroundings due to remoteness of the place. No lift. Badly placed plug sockets. Musty smell in room. No cups for tea/coffee. Rollaway bed was as hard as a plank and they tried to overcharge us for it. Poor choice of food for breakfast. Had to insist to get room service for a member of our party who had a sprained ankle and couldn't walk; was told they were busy! Some staff couldn't speak/understand English.
