Very enjoyable stay. With nice views when Mother Nature lets you. For me this a great place to stay. Nice comfortable bed and cozy bed spread. Big window and nice balcony to look at the view from. Bathroom was small but the best shower I have had this trip. The staff are so kind and friendly ready to help when ever they can. I could easily come back again. - No lift and to get the best views you need to be up at least 5th floor. But that nothing really.

Lokasinya sangat strategis, dekat dengan Gereja Batu Sunplaza di alun-alun, jadi sangat nyaman untuk berkeliling. Harga wajarnya 300 k atau kamar, bersih dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Lokasinya 10 per 10, stafnya antusias.

Very basic, but a good place to stay in sapa on a budget. If you need a simple room at a good price, but still getting everything you need including clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms - this will definitely do.

The location is excellent! Nearly everywhere, bike rentals are available for only 150 000 rupiahs, and there is 24hour hot water. The only drawback is the absence of an elevator. Excellent stay.

Kamarnya kecil dan agak kotor, dingin sekali, tapi pemilik hotel memberi kami kamar yang tidak kedap udara, salah satu sudut dinding berlubang, salah satu jendela pecah, dingin dan tidak terlalu ramah. Jangan pernah kembali.

The room is very clean and quiet. Staff friendly, in the heart of sapa near the church, with a nice view. We went there early in the morning, the staff allowed us to check in free of charge and gave us much information about the tour. At the end of the day we got free transfer to the bus station. Highly recommended!.
