El complejo está bien; solo que si quieres pasear por la ciudad está lejos y a veces es difícil conseguir taxis; de noche está oscuro llegar a las cabañas; pero mi mayor decepción ocurrió al ver que mi terraza no daba a los arrozales sino a unos árboles. Yo sacrifiqué la cercanía con la ciudad por tener las terrazas de arroz en mi balcón y no sucedió eso. Recomiendo mejor asegurar cuarto con vista a terrazas dentro de la ciudad así tienes todo a la mano. La piscina excelente !!

Such helpful staff. Beautiful facilities - the buildings, gardens, paths, rooms, cups in the rooms, the fitout of the bathrooms. Everything was gorgeous. The views over the surrounding valley were so serene. Fabulous place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Sapa township. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Menginap di Sapa Jade Hill Resort and Spa adalah salah satu pengalaman paling unik dan damai dalam perjalanan kami ke Vietnam. Bungalow ini sepenuhnya terbuat dari kayu, sehingga menciptakan suasana yang nyaman dan hangat meskipun cuaca di luar dingin. Lokasinya sempurna, cukup jauh dari pusat kota, sehingga tenang, tetapi cukup dekat untuk menjelajahi Sapa dengan mudah. Kami mengikuti sesi yoga pagi di resor kebugaran dan kemudian menikmati sarapan lezat sambil menikmati pemandangan pegunungan. Layanan kereta buggy selalu cepat dan staf berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk membuat kami merasa nyaman. Pengalaman mereka tentang area ini membantu kami merencanakan rute pendakian. We loved our stay at Jade Hill. The cabins are comfortable and peaceful, away from the city centre. Incredible views! Schedule for shuttle system to town is not that convenient with only 3 per day. However, inexpensive by taxi. We enjoyed the pool and spa facilities which were nice. I would recommend to anyone visiting Sapa area.

Our threeperson family had an amazing time at the Sapa jade hill resort and spa. Our wooden cottage with floortoceiling glass offering a view of the terraced rice paddies was the highlight of our stay. It felt like we were in a painting. My daughter spent hours at the kids club while we relaxed at the spa. The breakfast buffet was generous, featuring both vietnamese and western specialties. I particularly enjoyed the quiet mornings with a cup of strong coffee on our balcony. The resort also arranged for a private car for our trip to cat village. The staffs friendliness was what impressed me the most, they were always smiling, greeting, and ready to help. They added a special touch to our stay.

Saya dan teman-teman saya menikmati liburan yang menyenangkan di Sapa Jade Hill. Kami menyewa dua bungalow kayu yang bersebelahan, masing-masing memiliki balkon dengan pemandangan sawah terasering, pemandangannya sangat indah! Di pagi hari, seluruh rombongan duduk bersama sambil melihat awan dan mengobrol, di sore hari kami berjalan-jalan di sekitar resor, menghirup udara segar. Kamarnya bersih, furniturnya indah, tempat tidurnya empuk dan beraroma kayu alami. Yang saya suka adalah tempat ini sangat privat tetapi tetap memiliki fasilitas yang cukup dan layanan yang baik. Stafnya sangat muda, ramah dan antusias dalam memperkenalkan tempat wisata dan makanan lezat di kota ini. Setelah tiga hari di sini, semua orang menyesal karena tidak ingin pulang. Ini pasti akan menjadi tempat bagi seluruh rombongan untuk kembali setiap tahun.

Saya sangat terkesan dengan Sapa Jade Hill. Sejak pertama kali menginjakkan kaki di resor ini, saya merasakan ketelitian dan perhatian terhadap setiap detail. Kamarnya sangat indah, bersih, dan memiliki dekorasi yang indah. Desain yang tepat untuk liburan di tengah alam. Pemandangan pegunungan dan hutannya tidak perlu diragukan lagi, ketika membuka pintu Anda dapat melihat awan yang mengambang, sangat sejuk dan nyaman. Yang paling mengejutkan saya adalah resor ini membersihkan kamar dua kali sehari. Ini jarang terjadi bahkan di resor kelas atas di negara ini. Saya hanya pernah mengalaminya di Intercontinental Singapore, jadi saya sangat terkesan ketika resor Vietnam dapat melakukannya. Semua barang di kamar disiapkan dengan sempurna dan rapi. Bahkan barang-barang terkecil menunjukkan ketelitian dan ketelitian staf di sini. Singkatnya 10 per 10 tanpa kekurangan apa pun. Saya pasti akan kembali dan juga layak direkomendasikan kepada teman dan saudara! Saya tidur di resor di tengah malam tetapi harus bangun untuk ulasan, sayang sekali.

Kami menginap beberapa malam di salah satu bungalow di Sapa Jade Hill. Namun, cuaca kurang bersahabat, hujan dan kabut tebal melanda selama kami menginap (Februari 2025). Staf sangat membantu dan berusaha sebaik mungkin untuk mengakomodasi kami. Transportasi ke bungalo menggunakan kereta golf, dan transportasi ke kota dapat dilakukan dengan mobil atau taksi (maksimal 10 menit berkendara). Fasilitasnya perlu sedikit ditingkatkan. Jika Anda mencari tempat menginap yang tenang dan damai, tempat ini bisa menjadi pilihan liburan Anda.

Saya ingin kembali ke sini suatu hari nanti. Terima kasih, Sapa. Dua hari yang lalu saya menghabiskan waktu di Sapa Jade Hill Resort masih menghangatkan hati saya. Saat saya membuka jendela, hamparan sawah terasering dan pegunungan di kejauhan yang terhampar di antara kabut tampak seperti lukisan. Keramaian kota menghilang dan hanya suara burung dan angin yang memenuhi udara. Akomodasi ini terletak di tengah alam yang menyembuhkan. Kamar kayu memberikan nuansa hangat dan saya sangat menikmati duduk di teras dan minum secangkir teh. Yang terpenting, perhatian cermat dan senyuman hangat staf meninggalkan kesan. Saya bersyukur bahwa mereka menerima permintaan sekecil apa pun dengan tulus dan selalu mendekati saya terlebih dahulu.
