I adore this hotel. Its conveniently located near the Sapa station and other attractions, making it a great choice for travelers. Additionally, there are numerous excellent restaurants in the vicinity. The staff members are extremely helpful. The room itself is stunning, boasting a comfortable bed. Additionally, you can enjoy the sky bar while waiting for your room.

My stay at the sapa relax hotel was enjoyable. The location is excellent, and the rooms are peaceful with adequate sound insulation. Additionally, they offer a complimentary breakfast. However, it is important to note that the cost of two bottles of mineral water in the fridge was vnd 40,000 without a price list in front of the fridge. It is advisable to note that it is charged at checkout.

The amazing accommodations we stayed at made our trip to vietnam even better. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us in reserving a bus at the last minute. They also had a fantastic spa that we could use. They offered us a complimentary breakfast with a great menu. The cafe on the sixth floor had a great view of the mountains, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. We highly recommend this place!.

We are very satisfied with our stay. The upgraded suite and the superior breakfast options are highly appreciated. The cleanliness of the room and its convenient proximity to cafes and restaurants are very appreciated. Also, we found the receptionist, mr. Vincent, to be helpful and courteous.

The hotel and room itself appeared dated and might use some upkeep, but the room was large and roomy. Additionally, the room was not particularly clean. Each time the shower was used, the bathroom tended to flood a little. The view was excellent, with a mountain view. The location was excellent, being close to the city center a walkable distance away, but be prepared to ascend a steep slope to reach the city center. The staff and service were excellent.

5.0/54 Apr 2025

Lokasinya strategis, namun kamarnya kurang terawat.
