We have visited every hotel here for the last year, and it is great. During our trip, we stayed in this hotel. This is the best place we have stayed at. This hotel is close to many attractions. In a less noisy area of town between the two hubs. The rooms are gorgeous and spotless. They have all you require. The family member who handles the customers, Anna, gets up around 05:45 to make us breakfast. She is also very kind, accommodating, and speaks good English. This hotel has a good location, and lots of facilities close by. Breakfast was delicious! This is the best included breakfast we have ever had, but it's still cheaper than buying it separately.

My friend and I certainly reserved this hotel during our journey to Vietnam's Lao Cai. Due to the terrible season of March 19 2020, many spas refused our request even though we were both Vietnamese. After my booking was confirmed, I felt quite comfortable talking to Mara Thu the owner and her husband. They were so kind as to offer us a discount and breakfast, as well as a large host and welcoming family. The room was immaculate and excellent. Very recommended for its affordability.

The hotel is very relaxing and peaceful with a good breakfast. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly. This place is a very recommended place for relaxing and having a hot bath. The hostess will help you ask for food, taxis or anything else you may need.

We had the best time staying here. The service was really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the spa was nearby so it was close to sight seeing. The breakfast was also good with the comfortable bed.

After taking the sleeper bus from Cat Ba, we arrived late at around 33 am. We wanted a place to sleep for a few hours and take a shower before going hiking. The hotel's owners were unbeatably helpful, even though my boyfriend forgot a bag. They drove him back to the bus station and even reached the taxi driver at 3. Am no complaints, and we got the bag back. The room was large and spotless, with strong WiFi, a very comfy bed, and a strong shower--all ideal for our needs. While we went on the trek, they looked after our bags. Nice stay.
