I would give 10 stars if it were possible. We arrived at the hotel around 6 a.m. and did an early check-in. Everything was easy and smooth. We hadn’t booked a sleeper bus back to Hanoi because the bus we used when coming only had a daytime schedule, which was too early for us since we were heading straight to the airport. I asked the hotel receptionist (a young man) for help to book a sleeper bus ticket for us. Sorry for the trouble, and thank you so much for your help 🙏 Oh, the food at Mam Resto was also very delicious, and my nephew even got to play with two cute dogs there 😂Popular Facilities
