I arrived in winter, and it was chilly outside. Large room with three beds, ideal for a family with children. However, hot water needs to wait for ten minutes. The hot air conditioner is not functional. The receptionist was very kind.

Hotel yang bagus dan bersih. Namun pelayanannya agak lambat. Pintu kamar kami awalnya rusak sehingga tidak bisa dikunci. Tapi keesokan harinya kami bisa mengganti kamar. Sayangnya pelayanan saat sarapan juga lambat.

In sapa, this is an excellent place to stay! Although you will need to use the stairs to get to this location, the rooms offer breathtaking city views! Breakfast is included, along with motorbike rentals and excursions! They had the keys and a note ready for us when we arrived late at night!.

Excellent hotel at a very reasonable price. The junior suite offered a fantastic view of the city and the mountains. We were assisted by the staff in arranging taxis and a twoday trek through the rice fields. The breakfast, which was served with too much oil and was slightly undercooked, was the only thing that could be improved.

The top floor rooms with lake views may be the best value in saPa. The staff is very professional from reception to room cleaning to breakfast. Not to mention the vegan restaurant across the street!.

Hotel yang luar biasa! Kamarnya nyaman dan luas. Stafnya sopan dan responsif, mereka membantu dengan pertanyaan apa pun yang muncul dan kami sangat berterima kasih kepada mereka! Hotel ini terletak di atas bukit dan balkonnya menawarkan pemandangan danau dan pegunungan yang menakjubkan. Kami memiliki kamar 503 dan sangat puas dengan itu. Sarapannya enak. Kamar dibersihkan setiap hari dan handuk diganti. Kami awalnya hanya menginap 2 malam tetapi akhirnya tinggal seminggu! Saya merekomendasikannya untuk menginap, tempat yang indah!

For a budgetfriendly hotel, the rooms and bathrooms were immaculate. The staff is courteous and welcoming. Near the hotel, there is a stairway that will take you directly to the citys shopping and dining areas. Please be aware that this hotel does not have an elevator. However, during checkin and checkout, the staff will assist you in carrying your luggage.

Pemandangannya luar biasa, nyaman untuk duduk di teras dan keluar zona. Lokasinya juga bagus, kurang dari 5 menit untuk mencapai Sun Plaza, mudah untuk kemana-mana. Senang rasanya Kong Cafe berada tepat di bawah tangga dan restoran berada di tengah tangga. Kedap suaranya sepertinya cukup bagus, tenang selama 3 hari. Air panas berfungsi dengan baik, tapi air minumnya kotor banget, saya terus beli di supermarket depan dan minum.

This is a really great small hotel, just a few minutes walk from the town center. The rooms are clean and nicely designed. The owner, mr. Tauj, is very helpful to all the guests. He can arrange trekking or your next journey. Breakfast in the morning is simple and delicious, with pancakes. Most of the rooms have beautiful views of the lake and surrounding hills. Please note that the hotel is in an elevated position, so you have to climb stairs or a hill to access it. Highly recommended place to stay.

On december 20, 2022, stay here for two nights. The weather outside is around three degrees celsius. The heater was insufficient despite being toasty. Although there is no elevator, the staff is available to assist you with your luggage. The view was breathtaking! The breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Pemandangannya sangat bagus. Hotel ini tidak memiliki lift, tapi gedungnya 4 lantai jadi tidak terlalu melelahkan. Meskipun dekat dengan kota, namun ada perbedaan ketinggian, jadi berjalan kaki mungkin sedikit melelahkan. Anda dapat berkeliling dengan nyaman dengan menyewa sepeda di hotel.

Pemandangannya sangat indah. Orang tua saya dan tiga orang lainnya menginap di kamar dengan teras yang menghadap ke danau. Siang hari cukup indah, namun pemandangan awan turun saat fajar sungguh luar biasa. (Foto terlampir diambil saat fajar dari teras Hotel Dan dekat dengan pusat kota Sapa dan Anda dapat mencapai pusat kota lebih cepat dengan tangga. Itu adalah lereng yang mudah dilalui oleh orang tua saya. Dan kamarnya luas dan kamar mandinya luas dan bersih. Dan sarapannya banyak, termasuk kue, telur, ayam goreng, dan roti, serta buah-buahan yang bervariasi dan enak. Saya tidak tahu Anda bisa mendapatkan kualitas ini dengan harga itu. Saya juga menggunakan layanan binatu yang bagus karena lebih murah daripada membawanya ke binatu. Saya meminta binatu sekitar jam 5 sore dan mereka mengantarkannya sekitar jam 8 malam keesokan harinya.
