The hotel is in a quiet part of the city but only a few minutes walk from everything, which is nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the facility was a bit disappointing. Im sure it was very nice when it was new. However, with lack of reinvestment back into the business, it looks and feels very tired.

First of all, the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful and i would give them a 5 star rating in this price category. However, the facility is not in a good condition i found an exposed electrical wire on the power cable of the bedside lamp as seen in the photo. I found it after the light went out due to shorting. The rooms are clean despite finding 2 opened empty condom packages in the trash when we first entered the room, no condoms though i had a good laugh! We have stayed at this hotel twice, so obviously means it wasnt too bad. I got a free upgrade once. But there is room for improvement.

The rooms are clean and have a great view. Breakfast is not included on weekends. The location is good, there are coffee shops, banh mi, and street food stalls right outside which taste great. The staff is friendly.

Sangat direkomendasikan! Staf sangat ramah dan selalu siap membantu Anda. Kamarnya sangat bagus dan bersih. Ketika kami tiba di kamar, ternyata AC-nya tidak berfungsi dengan baik dan kami langsung mendapat kamar baru (upgrade). Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang bagus dan sarapannya enak.

Hotel ini terletak di ujung jalan buntu di kawasan wisata. Lingkungannya tenang, kamarnya bersih dan luas. Pilihlah lantai atas jika Anda memiliki pilihan. Staf sangat, sangat ramah dan bersahabat. Dia memberi tahu Anda bahwa dia menukarkan uang, dia bisa menjemput Anda di bandara. Itu sempurna.

Saya tidak mengerti catatan yang saya temukan jauh dari kenyataan. Hotel ini terletak di jalan kecil yang gelap di mana kami tidak merasa aman. Kamar kami berada di lantai 10 dan ketika kami mencapai lantai, pintu ke semua kamar terbuka, yang meningkatkan perasaan tidak aman kami. Perabotannya sudah tua dan pembersihannya buruk. Saya menginap di hotel ini mengira saya hanya akan tidur di sana dan kemudian pergi ke hotel lain, tetapi akhirnya saya menginap 3 malam. Yang terbaik adalah lokasinya. Berjalan kaki singkat ke gereja besar. Dikatakan sebagai junior suite dengan luas 30 meter persegi, tetapi itu bukan suite yang layak karena semuanya berada dalam satu ruangan. Handuknya agak kotor dan berbau. Ada beberapa toko kosong. Tekanan air shower lemah. Staf wanita di meja depan dapat berbicara bahasa Inggris sampai batas tertentu, tetapi staf pria tidak begitu fasih. Namun, saya menggunakan aplikasi penerjemahan untuk berkomunikasi, jadi tidak ada masalah. Ada masalah di mana kartu kredit saya dicuri dalam perjalanan, tetapi staf pria berjuang keras. Saya tidak akan tinggal di sini lagi karena saya ingin tinggal di banyak hotel yang berbeda, tetapi itu adalah pengalaman yang bagus.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet has a great spread and yes, free sweets on the counter, an umbrella which guests can use, free coffee and ice tea in the rooms. Very centrally located, markets and the lake are within walking distance.

We stayed here for a long time because we were remote working in the area. The location is great and close to everything. The staff is very friendly and very good value. Unfortunately, the room was a bit disappointing as the bed was static and made my partner and i feel shock at night. The room was also very bright all night and a cokral nearby woke us up at 5 am every morning. I also hope they make these improvements and continue to work. Overall a positive experience, hope they make these improvements and continue to work.

The rooms are decent, but there was a suage smell coming from the bathroom, and the room smelled. Service staff doesnt speak english well, so communication was difficult in some cases. Great location.

The location is quite inside, but in the old quarter of hanoi. But all properties are like this. I love staying here and the receptionist is very helpful and nice. Great hotel with friendly staff. All places are just a few hundred meters away.

Saya mendapatkan pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan di Hotel Serenity di Hanoi. Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang tenang di pusat kota dan sangat nyaman. Sarapannya kecil tapi cukup dan ada pilihan makanan yang enak. Kamarnya bersih dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Ada juga produk kebersihan gratis, teh dan kopi. Namun, Anda harus membayar ekstra untuk minibar. Saya ditampung di dua ruangan berbeda dan beberapa di antaranya berbeda kondisi. Kamar pertama kondisinya lebih baik dari kamar kedua, tetapi keduanya masih bisa diterima. Staf sangat ramah dan membantu. Secara keseluruhan, saya puas dengan pengalaman menginap saya di Hotel Serenity Villa dan akan merekomendasikannya kepada orang lain.
