This was an excellent hotel to stay at. The staff was outstanding, especially ai at the front desk, who was always very welcoming and very helpful when we returned to the hotel. Trang was very friendly in the restaurant and pool area, always smiling and checking in with us to see what we were doing on the day, providing advice and asking how our day was going, and she was also fantastic with our 5 year old son. Breakfast here is also delicious in the morning, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. We loved our stay here and will definitely come back when we return to hoi an.

Hotel ini berada di gang kecil yang sulit ditemukan, terlihat agak sepi, 4 km dari pasar malam, dan parkirannya mahal. Ketika masuk ke dalam kamar, lampunya redup. Jika ada pertanyaan, resepsionis akan mengatakan itu. Saya menginap pada 27 Juni. Rombongan saya sekitar sepuluh orang, dengan 2 anak tambahan, tetapi biasanya hotel lain mengizinkan tanpa biaya karena anak-anak masih tidur dengan orang tua mereka. Namun, ketika saya datang ke sini, resepsionis menunggu check-in selesai, baru keesokan malamnya saya menelepon saya dan mengatakan saya menghitung orang tambahan dan saya membayar 500 k atau anak padahal harga kamarnya 1 jt. Seperti orang-orang Vietnam yang gemuk tidak peduli, mereka baru tahu ketika dia masuk, lalu meminta harga selangit. Saya mengatakan jika memang begitu, lebih baik memesan kamar lain, tetapi anak saya turun mengambil kamar lalu meminta saya menunjukkan KTP, kirim email, kirim konfirmasi ke hotel melalui email atau apa pun, secara keseluruhan sangat membingungkan. Cara resepsionis berbicara saat menelepon saya juga sangat tidak menyenangkan, saya tidak akan pernah kembali, ditambah lagi prasmanan sarapannya tidak enak, hanya beberapa piring. Handuknya sudah tua. Pengalaman yang sangat buruk, saya belum pernah memberi peringkat 1 bintang sebelumnya, tetapi kali ini saya pikir 1 bintang bahkan tidak layak!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is about 1.5 km from the old town and has nice amenities such as the swimming pool and restaurant area. We really enjoyed our stay here and really appreciate the many staff such as trang in the restaurant who went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Hotel ini sangat bagus, lobby sangat bersih dan sangat nyaman, keluarga sangat luas, bersih, AC berfungsi dengan baik, ramah anak tentunya Staf bernama Jenny sangat baik dan sangat membantu, akan menginap di sini lagi jika ke hoi an.

What a wonderful hotel. We stayed here for four nights and had a great time. The staff is without exception very welcoming and caring. The restaurant has amazing attention to detail, especially with Jenny, trang, and reception. Wide variety of menus and breakfast options. Great massages were a plus. Loved the pool and gardens, and our room had a great view. There are many things to do which the reception helped us with and they can also help with taxis.
