Stafnya luar biasa baik di hotel maupun di butik tempat saya tinggal. Pada dasarnya tanpa jendela, mereka akhirnya memberi saya kamar dengan jendela! Terima kasih banyak kepada resepsionis berbahasa Prancis (maaf saya lupa nama depan Anda) dan kepada Thu Thao yang mencarikan saya bus yang memenuhi harapan saya dan dengan harga yang tepat. Seprai bersih dan layanan kamar sedikit lebih awal tetapi selalu maksimal, handuk dan perlengkapan mandi diganti setiap waktu dan sebotol air, teh, dan kopi. Kolam renang hanya tersedia di hotel dan tidak dapat diakses melalui toko. Sayangnya, kamar tidak kedap suara dan banyak klakson di sebelah jalan besar.

Secara keseluruhan hotelnya bagus. Tidak ada area merokok untuk perokok. Sarapan dan kolam renang berada di hotel saudara hanya dua pintu. Staf sangat ramah dan membantu. Kamarnya bersih, kamar mandinya lumayan, tapi kurang bersih. Harganya lebih mahal dari yang saya bayar.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, and all the top locations are within walking distance. The room was very clean and organized. The best part was the hotel staff. They were very friendly and supportive. The breakfast buffet could be improved. The options were very limited for vegetarians.

We stayed at the skylark with a tour group. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and the breakfast was good. The massage experience was not good and i felt very uncomfortable. The massage room was damp and dirty and the person doing the massage was on his phone during the massage. It was also expensive compared to other places in the area. The pool was nice to come back to at the end of the day.

Saya melihat banyak orang mengeluh tentang tidak adanya jendela di kamar mereka, hal ini umum di sebagian besar negara Asia Tenggara dan tidak mengganggu kami sedikit pun karena mereka masih memiliki jendela kecil di kamar mandi untuk membantu ventilasi saat mandi. Kamar kami dibersihkan dan terlihat terawat dengan baik, dibersihkan setiap hari dan kami merasa memiliki semua fasilitas ketika memesan hotel bintang 4 di Vietnam! Our room was very spacious, although the pillows were quite firm and not particularly comfortable. The room is also quite old. I believe a little modern touch would enhance its quality.
