The location is right next to the church in the heart of the old quarter. And then, the owner was so kind and helpful with everything you needed. After that, this place is very strategic. Subsequently, its a 1star hotel.

Would gladly stay again. Lovely hotel with friendly owners and excellent service. At the front desk, i was given free bananas and water, they were always willing to assist with any needs, and one evening, even invited me to join them for dinner. The rooms are in a good location and vary in size depending on which one you are given.

The location is also excellent. We had rooms 403 and 404. 403, which has a nicer bathroom, is the better room. The owner of this hotel is an incredibly kind woman who is very helpful with anything you need. Thats what youd expect from id say if you are looking for upscale accommodation.

I stayed here for 3 nights, the room was clean, and the owner was enthusiastic. The price was affordable and convenient for exploring the old town. Its raining in hanoi and i just need to sleep, in the center but very quiet, rated 5 stars.

One of the most affordable hotels in hoan kiem, hanoi. I was looking for a private room on friday afternoon and it was difficult to find an affordable option, so i recommended this hotel to my previous host. It was smallest but very clean and comfortable rooms and had incredibly good stay there. The owner has three buildings, one of which is named the hanes home hotel, you can ask to see all the options and choose the one you like.

Second star for a nice and friendly owner. Unfortunately not the cleanest hotel but location is good. 365 k for the night so cheap but probably worth spending more elsewhere to have sanitized rooms.

We had a very pleasant stay thanks to the wonderful friendly owners who helped us with everything we needed, especially the lady who can speak good english and was always so helpful! We slept here on and off moving from hanoi to other northern destinations, they always took care of our luggage during our absence, booked tickets for us, rented motobikes, made laundry, and helped with tips about food and tourism in hai. Always super nice! The room is ok, the services are basic and so are the bed and toilet, but it is fine considering the good price and location. In the center of hain! Everything is within walking distance, great bars and restaurants are just stepping away! Thank you so much for your kindness and efforts!.

The host of the sophie hotel is very kind and helpful. She keeps our luggage while we do the loop. Helps us with taxis and gets an upgrade for the room. Very good service. Its a very nice place to stay.

The owner was really lovely, but she is the only positive aspect of this hotel. It was difficult to find using application, the sheets and rooms were filthy, and i didnt even want to use the shower. Good location for the price, there is better.

This hotel offers excellent value for the price paid. The staff members were friendly, and they stayed up all night to check us in late. Additionally, the air conditioning worked perfectly, providing comfortable beds throughout our stay.

The rooms are lovely and spotless. In particular, the beds are extremely comfortable and have soft pillows. I was given a room with tv, but the balcony is only used for drying clothes. You wouldnt want to sit on the terrace because it is always hot and has no view at all. The bathroom is clean and contains all the amenities you could possibly need, including combs, razors in soap, shampoos and hair dryers. Very friendly owner, just stepping stones from the church and surrounded by ponds within walking distance.

This hotel is perfect for a short stay exploring hanoi on taiwanese. The location is good, the bed is comfortable, there is oozing water in the shower and the owner is friendly.
