This hotel is amazing and suitable for backpackers passing through hue. This place is a short visit to Hawai An, but this isn't really something for you. The owner is very kind and arranged our free ride to Hoi An. She gave us a lot of tips on how to do this place.

Really bad motel. I stayed here for 2 nights and was eager to leave. There are no elevators and the host refused to carry the bags. We got used to this in previous hotels, so I kind of expect that here in Vietnam, so I carried my ekg bags ourselves over 5 flights of stairs. The air conditioning didn't work, and we didn't receive water. The windows couldn't close completely, so there was a draft. The shower area was very hot, because the air was broken and when you got out of the shower you needed another shower as you sweated so much due to the heat. The bathroom itself was also bad, with fungus and everything from the ceiling. The only thing really clean was the toilet, it appeared to have been replaced recently. The balcony door couldn't lock, so people in the other room could simply cross the balcony and enter our room. There were no lockers. The only upside is the hostess is the best hostess, she booked a very nice tour for us and gave us some tips on local vegetarian food, but I do not book a hotel for the hostess alone. Bow, she only came for one morning, sometimes he came to visit every morning for a young boy who didn't speak English.

We stayed as a group of 5 people. The room was spacious and relatively clean. The staff were pleasant and the hotel was in a good location, not too far to walk from the main bars and restaurants. For the price it was good, no thrills but the ac worked and the beds were comfortable enough.

Overall it is fine, it's not a luxury but good. The room is spacious, but cold, it's not so pleasant because the isolation is so low. Breakfast is simple, in a central location, and the staff is pleasant. They arrange toursbus transport.
