We can highly suggest staying here because it's close to the night market and a fantastic bakery across the street. Five-day trip that was wonderful. We stayed in a room on the first floor, at the back of the hotel, away from the crowds of the busy street. Both the bathroom and the room were immaculate, with the necessary conveniences, such as a refrigerator and a kettle. Each bed is provided with four pillows and the traditional firm Asian ones, which we found to be particularly comfy. There is no air conditioning, however, windows on two sides of the room provide adequate air circulation, and a wall-mounted fan. On the rooftop, a delicious homemade breakfast is served. The entire staff is sweet and willing to assist with transportation and tour planning.

The room was ready for arrival, my reservation was found quickly, the room was clean, comfortable, and most importantly very quiet at night, the staff gave excellent advice on attractions and restaurants in the area, easy walking to many places. I would stay here again.

At Est, a reasonably priced motel, but we moved the bed a little, it was filthy, not just dusty. I informed the reception the next day that I wasn't praising them but just informing them, it was a budget hotel, we didn't anticipate much. The location is excellent. The personnel were hit hard and some were completely ignored by us. Some were wonderful. We had booked a taxi for 530 am with reception for da lat airport on our last morning. When we arrived at reception at 525 to check out, it was deserted with electric shutters closing everywhere. It was evidently in Vietnamese. I tried calling the hotel, but it went to an answering machine. We tried shouting, but still no one was around after 10 minutes of searching the basement as far as I knew it wasn't a public area by the lights from our phones. Then we woke up and when he opened the shutters apologizing, I'm so afraid there was no way out if there was a fire or medical emergency. I had booked via expedite. The review still hasn't appeared in over 10 days later. So please do not stay here unless they have stopped keeping guests overnight.

We have a pleasant and large room. The hotel is spotless. The staff cleaned and rearranged the towels daily. We got a tasty breakfast with both western and Vietnamese options. The employees were great always smiling and assisting. We enjoyed our 8 day stay and were very comfortable in walking around the lake and the starhill hotel. We'd certainly stay again.

This is a very busy road, which is great for convenience, but the road is noisy. Earplugs do block this out, but I wasnt affected. The other guests, however, were the biggest problems. Banging on doors loudly at dawn incessantly. Slamming doors at dawn and then having full conversations and playing music in the hall way before dawn. Given that you can hear noise on many floors and this happened every night I really thought the management would say something, but no such luck. Apart from that the rooms are small but functional. The refrigerator is very handy to have cold water, and the shower has plenty of power. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
