I had a great time staying here! The location seemed quite central, and the place was tidy. Our room had massages, which were both pleasant and practical. The fact that our room was on the street was the only drawback for me, but earplugs made it easier to sleep at night. During our threeday visit, she went above and beyond for us and our needs, even though all the staff members were lovely. Hannah, the lovely day receptionist, directed us to the best egg coffee, of course it was. I also liked the coffee at breakfast and their food selections. Out of all of the places we visited in se Asia, hanoi ended up being my favorite place, so i believe the experience at this hotel played primarily in making it my top pick out of every place we stayed in. The airport was only a short bus ride from this hotel, which was simple to locate. As you exit the airport, turn left near the taxis to see the bus stop for the number 86. According to trip advisor and application maps, the transit stop is 900 meters away from the terminal. This must have recently changed, making it more accessible for tourists to use public transportation. The cost of the transport is 35 k, and the fee is paid during transit. For more information about the locations and walking routes from each bus station to the hotel view the photographs. I adore how they have done with the interior design. It was very chic. My partner and i were treated to euphoric welcome drink and fruit consisting of fresh watermelon and passion fruit during our stay, as well as the checkin process was quite easy. He was knowledgeable about local area. His time spent with us took the time to sit with me, explain our position on tv and advise us on how to make the most of our time there. Both the bed and room were elegant. There was hot water in the shower, so it was nice. Shower gel, razor, shampoo, shower gels, etc. Basic toiletries are provided by the motel. Breakfast was excellent. A full english breakfast, scrambled eggs and bacon, pho, club sandwiches, breaded chicken, chicken balls, fresh fruit, sweet muffin

The location was good, the rooms looked much better in the pictures than in person because they were quite small but overall cleanliness was nice. Customer service was pretty good as one of the lady at the reception showed us places to visit around the area. There is a decent selection of breakfast items that are served to you upon order. The place was relatively close to tourist attractions such as the thang long water puppet theatre. Overall, i think there are better options out there! D.

Trip advisor and application have mixed reviews about this location. Overall, we had a positive experience. The personnel was really friendly, and our room was spotless. Although the hotel is in primarily sanitized area, it was noisy because we were facing the street. Our room wasnt great, but the lobby had some musty odors. Breakfast was excellent. You can order breakfast in either vladi or western style from the small buffet that is provided by the staff. Every day, i enjoyed the beef pho, which was delicious. It is fantastic value for the service that we paid 27 dollars per night.
