Saya tiba pukul 100 tetapi check-in lancar. Ketika saya meminta untuk menyimpan barang bawaan saya, Hinlary dan Hany sangat membantu saya. Proses check-out juga selesai dalam waktu 2 menit. Ini adalah pilihan yang bijaksana selama perjalanan. Kamarnya agak kecil tetapi didekorasi dengan indah. TV memiliki semua fungsi, jadi Anda dapat menonton Netflix dan bersantai. This hotel is really worth to stay. A lot of local food around the hotel, if you able to walk for 20-30 mins, then you can easily reach many attraction place. 😘😘

Kami memesan suite dengan pemandangan kota melalui aplikasi dan menginap selama 4 malam. Hotel ini terletak di pusat kota. Staf hotel Hancy, Hinlary, Andy, dan staf hotel di malam hari sangat membantu. Mereka juga membantu kami saat kami mencuci pakaian. Kamarnya sangat bersih dan setiap hari mereka membersihkan kamar dan mengganti handuk kami. Secara keseluruhan pengalaman menginapnya luar biasa. Saya akan memesan hotel ini lagi ketika saya kembali ke HCMC.

This hotel is highly recommended by me. Its reasonably priced, immaculate, and the staff, especially lin, are exceptionally friendly. The most impressive aspect is the complimentary laundry service! I would give them 100 stars!.

The hotel is clean and modern with excellent service from the staff, especially Ms. Hien who made sure all of our needs were met. The spacious laundry room was a big plus as we were able to wash our clothes without any additional cost. The hotel location was the only negative but it’s not an issue that would prevent us from booking again when we come back to Saigon.

I had a wonderful stay at the concept in district 1. The room was very comfortable. The location was great. And all the staff were very nice. Hinlary was especially helpful in giving me recommendations and helping secure a room at another location when i wanted to extend here but they were fully booked. I would definitely stay again.

We had a very good stay overall 6 nights at the concept hotel hchm, district 1. The staff is sweet and polite. This hotel is new and modern. We booked a suite, not a big room but it had everything we needed! We have stayed at many places at hcmc before and i have to say that the bed was the most comfortable we have slept in. The outside of the hotel is very local, but if you walk a few blocks there will be lots of coffee shops! Luan Thy was always there to help. We will definitely be back.

Lokasinya sangat sentral, meskipun jalan yang dilaluinya mungkin agak mencurigakan (tidak, tempat ini benar-benar aman). Namun, stafnya luar biasa dan membuat tempat ini menonjol.
