9. Please ensure that the number of people staying in the apartment is the same as the number of guests registered before check in. we reserve the right to cancel your booking without incurring any liability if we find a violation.

HOUSE RULES
8. If the family has children, please look out for baby carefully, avoid damage to furniture and dirty the apartment. For example, paint on the wall, make broken the equipment.
• NOISE REDUCTION AFTER 10PM.
1. Check in time is after 2pm, check out time is 12 noon. If the apartment no have a guest check-in before and after, we can assist in early check-in or late check-out (subject to additional charge if check out too late). Please let us know the time of check-in and check-out so that we can arrange the delivery of the apartment as well as serve you better.
12. Please hand over the correct number of residence cards received at the beginning. You can leave your card at home when you check out. In case of damage or loss, the fee for the new re-card is VND 300,000 / card.
11. Please contact us a day before, we can arrange keep the luggage if you require early check in or late check out.
5. Use toilet paper saver. Please put the used toilet paper in the trash. Please minimize disposal of toilet paper into the toilet. since the water pressure in HCMC is generally weak, if throw too much toilet paper into the toilet may lead to toilet blockage.
