Meskipun ini adalah hotel bintang 3, namun kondisinya bisa lebih bersih dan ramah tergantung pada upaya manajemen. Handuk selalu kotor dan bau. Kondisi kebersihan sangat buruk dan puntung rokok tertinggal di lantai balkon. Ketika saya menemukan kecoa di kamar, itu adalah hal yang paling tidak menyenangkan.

Kami menginap di hotel ini dengan paket terorganisir lokal. Meskipun kamar yang dipesan adalah "Sastandard", kami mendapat pemandangan De Luxe yang indah, bahkan ada perapian di kamar! Manjakan diri Anda setidaknya 2 malam di hotel ini.

The view from our room was exceptional, I didn’t even want to leave when our trip was over. Bathroom was clean, room itself was spacious. Breakfast was a bit disappointing to us. The front desk and other services were excellent. The only thing ruined our stay were the noise from the several constructions around the hotel (which seem to last for a few more months since they just got started), and the roosters who would start screaming at 4 or 5 in the morning and keep on going throughout the day.

Great hotel, choose a room with a view, well worth it. These rooms provide you with spectacular views across to Fansipan. Helpful staff, just over 5 minute walk to the centre. A good hotel as well to start a walk to Cat Cat. Great new modern spacious rooms.

The location is good, the staff are friendly and helpful. Its nice to have a pool after a walk. But it is very noisy at night, all rooms are off the central atrium, including the reception area and restaurant, so any noise is heard throughout the hotel.

Ya ampun, betapa bodohnya staf yang Anda miliki. Jangan memesan hotel ini. Jelas tidak direkomendasikan. Sarapan sangat terjaga dan dingin. Dari jam 6.30 Hingga jam 9.30 Sesampainya di hotel kami disambut dengan senyuman dan saat check out pegawainya memasang wajah tidak ramah. Kami bahkan tidak meminta layanan tambahan, dll. Selain itu, kami memesan tiket bus melalui hotel agar bisa mendapatkan tempat duduk tetap. (Selain itu, mereka juga menghasilkan uang) Bayar semuanya dan datang ke terminal bus dan tiket tidak dapat ditemukan. Bus kami penuh dan kami mendapat bus lain dengan beberapa kursi sempit yang masih gratis. Kami tidak merekomendasikan hotel ini sama sekali.

Saya tidak berharap banyak karena lokasinya di pedesaan, tapi kokoh. Sepertinya mereka yang trekking dapat menggunakan pancuran bahkan setelah check-out. Layanan ini penuh perhatian. Makanannya enak.

Hotelnya baik-baik saja. Sarapan adalah bencana bagi orang Eropa, Anda benar-benar terjaga di sini. Targetnya adalah Asia. Ketika kami berada di sana, semua staf dengan jaket tebal berjalan melewati meja depan dan ruang sarapan. Saya tidak tahu apakah tidak ada pemanasan atau ada masalah.

I stayed on the 4th floor for just one night. The room was small but adequate. I had a beautiful view and, believe it or not, two balconies. Breakfast, however, was not quite up to standard, unless you take the local food.

Kamarnya bersih dan luas. Setiap kamar memiliki 2 tempat tidur nyaman untuk 2 orang dewasa dan 2 anak-anak. Pembersihan kamar rapi dan cepat. Harga wajar, sarapan prasmanan memiliki banyak hidangan, mudah untuk dimakan. Satu-satunya minus adalah wifi yang lemah.

Excellent service, fantastic view, variety at breakfast, not european, spacious rooms, and many facilities. However, we discovered a lot of cockroaches in the room, but they quickly relocated us to another room.

Saya menginap satu malam dengan seorang teman. Hotel yang sangat direkomendasikan, check-in cepat, staf terlatih, dengan bahasa Inggris yang sempurna dan selalu baik! Kamar besar, lengkap dan bersih. Sarapan prasmanan berlimpah dengan 2 orang memasak telur dan mie di tempat! Makan siang dan makan malam luar biasa, dari menu tetap, sederhana tapi sangat enak! Di restoran sung a nu (saya pikir saya membacanya di kartu) dengan ketersediaan sempurna, cepat, ramah, siap. Saya sangat merekomendasikan!

Lokasinya agak jauh dari pusat kota Sapa. Anda dapat menggunakan buggy sebagai taksi dan makanannya enak. Namun, ada biaya tambahan jika memesan minuman atau teh panas. Ada sedikit bau di tempat tidur dan handuk, dan pemandangan ke luar jendela terhalang.
