Highly-highly recommended hotel for stay in SaPa. Super clean rooms. Strategic location. A deliciousness like no other. Overall neat. Located in the business zone.

Our time at the tigers Sapa hotel was fantastic. The location is quite convenient, close to a variety of restaurants and just a short walk from key attractions in sapa. The highlight of our trip was the staff. Always friendly, always smiling, and genuinely kind. We were welcomed with open arms and a lovely cup of welcome tea from the moment we arrived. They surprised us with complimentary breakfast bags to take along even after we left, such a considerate gesture! The room was excellent, clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of both the mountains and the city. Waking up to that view was a highlight of the trip. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting sapa. Great location, beautiful views, and truly exceptional staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel at home!.

The accommodation at the tigers hotel sapa was very comfortable! The staff were very kind and helped us with everything. The room with a mountain view was beautiful, but unfortunately the fog was there! The laundry service was excellent, and when we checked out, they gave us free water and snacks for the return trip!.

Had the most gorgeous view of the mountain. The hotel is close to restaurants, cafes, city center, and tourist spots. Be sure to try the Chestnut cakes sold near the hotel. The owner and staff are really helpful. They're like a close-knit family with Pam as the big sister. She is always willing to help and answer our queries. She's simply the best!

Overall, it was a fantastic experience that was well worth the money. We reserved a triple superior room and were pleased with the hotels convenient location. Even though our room didnt have a balcony, we did have a lovely mountain view from the window. The receptionist provided excellent hospitality, always smiling and providing helpful information at checkin. We also appreciated the complimentary water and snacks when we checked out early.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful and seemed to get along so well with each other. The place was super clean and well located to walk around sapa. Our room pretty quiet at night from street traffic. The front desk surprised us with snacks for the bus ride at 7am when we were leaving. So nice!

I will stay for 4 days. I dont have any reason to go to the famous restaurant or cafe Sapa pansipan. Its a great place to eat with a great view. There is no breakfast, no pool, and its just local. This is the advantage. The water pressure is good, its clean, and i will visit again later. The tigers hotel is good. Thank you manager. See you later.

Overall, it was a very positive experience. We would like to return here. Very nice hotel with incredibly kind and helpful staff! The room was fine, had a strange smell from time to time but didnt bother us too much. The view was however amazing, and it is very close to food and attractions such as trekking paths, fansipan, and waterfalls. The staff is amazing. They are friendly and very helpful. They are also very good at speaking english, and we could feel that they tried their best to make our stay the best possible.
