General Terms & Conditions

1. This program is available exclusively for corporate partners who have registered their companies on tiket.com for Corporate.
2. Valid for all domestic flight routes in Indonesia.
3. Benefits apply only to tickets issued under specific subclasses (P/Y/B/K).
4. Any fare differences resulting from schedule changes will be borne by the passenger or the company.
5. Pelita Air and tiket.com reserve the right to modify or terminate this program and its benefits at their sole discretion, with prior notice.
6. Any disputes arising from this program will be resolved through deliberation. If unresolved, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Specific Terms & Conditions

1. Free reschedule:
   • Only valid for tickets issued with promo code TMC subclasses P/Y/B/K.
   • Free rescheduling applies to changes made at least 24 hours prior to the Scheduled Time of Departure (STD).
   • Any fare differences resulting from the reschedule will be borne by the passenger.
   • Reschedules are subject to seat availability in the original booking class or higher.
      
2. Free passenger name change
   • One (1) free name change is permitted per ticket issued with promo code TMC subclasses P/Y/B/K.
   • Name changes can only be made for the same ticket number, flight number, and flight date.
   • Requests for name changes must be submitted via email to customercare.corporate@tiket.com (operational hours: 08:00–15:00 GMT+7) no later than 24 hours prior to STD.
   • Free correction is allowed for up to 3 characters.
   • Beyond the free allowance, standard name change fees and conditions apply.
