1. Login to tiket.com apps and enter the Insurance Claim Center. You can only access this page through apps (Android & iOS). 

 

2. Select the insurance you want to claim.

 

3. Choose the passenger that you want to be claimed.

 

4. Check and upload the required documents needed for your insurance claim.

 

5. Make sure to fill in your data correctly to make the claim process easier.

 

6. Click “Submit claim”.

 

 

Your claim has been submitted. The review process will take up to 7 days after you submit your claim.

Important things to be aware of when you want to submit your claim:

• You can only submit a claim within the 30 days calendar from the date & time of cancellation. 
• It also can only be claimed 30 minutes at maximum before departure time for Train, 2 hours at maximum before departure for Whoosh.
