This is not a serviced apartment (hotel), therefore it is not serviced daily or weekly. Amenities like soaps, toilet paper, bin bags, kitchen sauces and condiments are not unlimited use. We have provided an initial supply to get you started for your convenience, but you will need to buy additional personal use supplies.
RUBBISH DISPOSAL
Please wash dishes and kitchen utensils in the dishwasher and return them ready for the next guest. Leave used towels in the bathroom. Turn off electrical appliances. The cleaners will wash the bed linen and make the bed. Please put everything back in its place as you found it. Close and lock all windows and doors. All rubbish must be removed from the apartment when you check-out.
We have a self check in system at Diamond Beach Resort for your convenience.
This building uses fobs and cards. These may be either round plastic fobs or white cards. You will get 2 fobs or cards, and you use these to open all the common areas as well as the front door. The fob or card is put up against the reader to operate lifts and building access ways.
You have booked this property with us on Agoda. This is a privately managed property by us. It’s NOT managed by an on-site manager so please do not contact any on-site manager for any reason. They will not be able to help you as they are not managing your stay.

All rubbish must be removed from the property to protect against pests damage.There is a rubbish/garbage bins in the car parking areas, please look for the large communal bins.
A key safe lock box can be found in the car space for your unit. The car space number is the same as the unit number. The access code for the lock box is given at check-in time on the day of your arrival.
Check in is from 2pm.
These fobs and cards can be damaged by misuse or abuse and are not disposable. You MUST look after them and return as directed at the end of your stay in good condition.
