We are glad we found a very spacious and well-equipped apartment. We had number 4, which has three bedrooms and a balcony overlooking the sea, albeit with a cemetery in the background! If it hadn't been for several relatively major flaws, I would have been happy to give it a higher rating. The floors and windows had not been cleaned properly. The hair dryer in the master bathroom was broken, as was the catch on the door to the third bedroom. The apartment is strategically located for Slings beach and the town. You need to call the agents from abroad in order to obtain the door code. If you don't have an australian mobile cell phone, you must notify the agent. They will not send you a text message to an international number. They may e-mail you about an hour before arrival, but this is only useful if you have a wifi connection.

Highly recommend. First time visitors to Eden and the Sapphire Coast. Fantastic, spotless apartment with three bedrooms and ocean views on a balcony that is nicely located. We could hear the waves pounding the shore with the upstairs windows open during the warm weather. For early morning walks, walk to the shore. Both couples were able to safely park their vehicles in a double garage. The living area has a fully functional kitchen. There are many activities for the children and things to do. Merimbula is close by and has easy access to Eden town. The Sapphire Coast is a wonderful spot to stay and visit.

We stayed here with some UK friends in this lovely apartment no 4, close to the beach, the apartment had everything we needed including a big screen, BBQ double-lock garage, three huge bedrooms, dads, and board games, which was great as it was raining lots, nice linen, a short walk to the beach, view of the beach, and a lovely town, will definitely take my next group of visitors to the same apartment, oh and forgot about you having a boat terms also boat space, thankyou for our current stay.
