The condo was very spacious and furnished like an IKEA showroom (in a good way). Having a large TV and entertainment system in the living room plus TV/Cable in each of the 2 bedrooms was a great touch. We also appreciated the full kitchen (pans/pots, utensils, herbs/spices, Keurig machine plus enough capsules for the stay included) so we didn't have to eat out, as well as the washer/dryer. There's no hotel-style lobby check-in, which could be confusing, but the management company was kind enough to walk me through the process a few days before the stay, so it worked out smoothly. They also arranged parking in the parkade (extra charge). Since it's not a hotel, there's no housekeeping. You're responsibly for some clean up before checking out. Washing dishes (or at least get the dish washer started), plus collecting all the towels and linens to be washed. This was an acceptable compromise for us. We loved being in a upscale condo instead of a cramped hotel room. Location wise, there's a train station within walking distance plus grocery stores nearby. But you'll probably want a car for anything else. One negative, there were some dirty utensils that we had to wade through to get to the clean ones. This is probably because the tenants are responsible for the dishes. Overall, my family loved the place and we'd probably stay here again rather than staying at a hotel in Calgary.

We stayed 4 nights in the Sunnyside apartment. The location was ideal! We could walk to many places and it was right on the calvary transit line so we had easy access to center California and the flames game. The apartment is nicely furnished and we slept pretty well. We woke up at 05.30 most mornings as the railroad line begins to run. There is no air conditioning, but we had fans that we could plug in. I loved that they had a washerdryer and a balcony to chill out on. I would like to give this five stats but I cant because of two reasons. Parking costs $10 per night. But, the parking lot is closed due to construction. So we had to rely on the free street parking. I do not think this is very fair, and I have emailed jay twice to inquire about it who has easily not contacted me. We had agreed on an am checkout time for jay to come meet us to give us the keys. Am goes by, and we end up calling him to chase him up. I dont think this is very professional, especially since we had plans to travel somewhere else at a certain time. Overall I would return here. Its a great location, reasonable price, and clean. I just wish communication was a little better with pricing and checkout dates.

When you can have a suite for the same or less, why stay in a hotel room when you can have a whole suite for the same or less money? This was a great find with all the conveniences possible. It was clean and modern, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, the bed was comfortable, there was an inside washer and dryer, and we even had a lovely little balcony with a bbd. Restaurants, groceries, a liquor store, and downtown are all within easy walking distance of the location. And then there was Kate very helpful from the time we made our reservation, making sure we had all the instructions to enter our suite after hours. We highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!.

I cannot recommend corporate suites enough, especially kate and ray! I have remained in corporate suites on and off for about 7 months while moving from another place to calvary. Over that time I have remained in 3 different one bedroom apartment within the same building. Each is very well furnished with both furniture and all the amenities you could ask for. Despite it being non-leaf coffee kettle, a quick call to Kate and it was delivered to my room the next morning. Kate and ray are very welcoming, professional, and courteous! Communication prior to my arrival was excellent and kate was always quick to answer any questions. The location is excellent, and supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping are all within walking distance. I would recommend them without reservation and was very pleased with my stay there! They are the best, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else!.

We had a wonderful four-month experience while staying here. Our teammates and I worked on a Calvary project. Everything we required was provided, and it was adequately furnished. The apartment was regularly updated and spotless, and the furnishings and decor were surprisingly beautiful. There is a surprisingly larger gym only a 4-minute walk away, or the downstairs gym was sufficient for keeping in shape. Speaking of short walks, the finest feature of this property is its proximity to the Avenue. A ton of excellent restaurants are to be discovered. Also, a safety and pick-up location is only two blocks away. It will take you about 15-30 minutes to get to the courtyard depending on where you are going, but access to the 15 takes around 15 minutes. There is a very safe parking lot nearby if you are traveling. Last but not least, the staff was extremely accommodating and accommodating. I couldn't rave enough of them!.

The workout room was equipped with the proper equipment, so I could use a treadmill for my marathon workout. The size of the equipment was sufficient. They were so welcoming and attentive to my sometimes odd questions. I was pleasantly surprised when the kitchen had so many new dishes. The kitchen was very clean.
